Structure of sender email address

Avatar

Level 3

Hello everyone,

We want to create a new sender email address, including the same in Administration > Channels > Email > Configuration > Authorized masks for the sender address. The other sender emails that we have created were creating a subdomain and have the following structure "*@email.company.com" because reading the documentation we understood that we shouldn't use "*@company.com"

The problem is that this time we need to use the email "info@company.com" instead of "info@email.company.com", how can we do that?

Thanks

@LAR1985 In this case, you're risking your reputation if you use the parent domain @company.com. It may block internal emails as you use the same domain for internal communication. From the documentation,

"Using your main domain as the sender or ‘From’ address for multiple mail streams could also break email authentication, causing your messages to be blocked or placed in the spam folder."
