We have been using push channel in PRO environment a long time without problem but we are trying now in PRE environment to testing nwe functionalities and it is not working.
We have created a workflow with a query node and a push delivery node. The query is getting one profile who has several records on Mobile App Subscriptions. After executing the workflow, in the delivery, there is zero to deliver.How can I see what happen between the query and the push delivery to know what is happening?

We have checked that the problem is in a previous step, in the selection of the audience. We have selected the only Mobile Application that we have configurated and when we click in "Count" without including any other filter, we get "Zero" so the delivery doesn't have any record to deliver. It is as if there were no records in the environment to send through the push channel
But, if we access to Administration > Channel > Mobile app (AEP SDK) to the only mobile application that we have configured, we have records in "Mobile application subscriber" so we expected the number not to be "zero":
