Is there a way to pull a report in ACS that includes every person who has opened and/or clicked on an email in 2023 at the customer level? So I can see, customer John Smith opened email X, Y and Z and clicked on email A & B?
@cassiec29238197 You can't create this report within ACS. Instead, use the delivery and tracking log extract to report outside of ACS. Remember depending on the data retention policy (I believe the max. is 6 months) you mayn't have data starting from 2023.
