Hi Federica,
In order to gain access to Adobe Support portal, you need to be part of a partner organization or part of customer organization that has bought the Adobe Campaign license.
If you fall in either of the above categories, please reach out to an existing support portal user in your company and ask them to raise a support ticket on your behalf requesting for your access.
Alternatively, if you are the first Campaign user from the organization, please contact your Customer Success Manager who will initiate a request for you.
