I am having trouble getting the app to work. It keeps giving me the error message "An error occurred while trying to access the service." What does this mean and how can I fix it please?

Hi Sharon,

This section of the forum is dedicated to Adobe Campaign. Unfortunately Creative and Document cloud forums are located on a different platform so I cannot move your post to the right section of Adobe Acrobat. Here is more information that you requested:  I downloaded Adobe Reader X1 and installed it. I paid for a subscription for a year. I used the code sent to me to activated it. I am trying to convert a pdf doc to a word doc but all it tells me after it takes all the necessary information is "an error has occurred  while trying to access service. Any help you can give me to get my Adobe Read to work will be much appreciated.
