@MANDM123 If it was a proof logs show “Sent”, but the Delivery Summary = 0 (expected). How long did you wait to see the report? Also, check the reporting technical workflow to verify whether it's running or not.

Possible Reasons

There are several potential explanations for why the Delivery Summary Report shows a sent count of zero even though the logs and the profile display a successful sent event:

  1. Reporting Sync Delay
The Delivery Summary Report may not refresh in real time. Logs and profile events often update faster, while summary metrics can take additional time to sync.
  2. Timezone Mismatch
The sent timestamp in logs may be recorded in UTC, while the Delivery Summary Report uses the local timezone. If the date filter does not align with the actual send time, the event may be excluded from the report.
  3. Delivery Type Not Included in Summary
Certain delivery types—such as test sends, transactional journeys, or API-triggered messages—may not appear in the Delivery Summary Report. These are sometimes excluded from aggregated summaries.
  4. Incorrect Date Filter Range
If the send time falls slightly outside of the selected date range, even by a minute, the report will show zero. It’s important to verify the exact timestamp and adjust the filter accordingly.
  5. Single Send or Small Audience Issue
Some systems do not include deliveries with small audience sizes (e.g., 1–2 recipients) in the summary metrics, especially if categorized as a test or internal send.
  6. Delivery ID Mismatch
Ensure that the delivery ID you’re checking in the logs matches the delivery ID displayed in the Delivery Summary Report. A mismatch can cause the appearance of missing data.
