Hello,

I have a parent program in ACS name ABC ,this has a child program named XYZ, within XYZ there are 7 campaigns set up, two campaigns are in blue and rest in green.

when I try to access the delivery summary report via the dynamic reports option from within the program window it displays Zero count, I have tried changing the date range as well,  however if I go the individual delivery associated to the campaign and access the same report I get data.

can someone please help me on this issue?

Hi Mandm123.

I recommend reaching out to Campaign Support, but can you tell me if you checked the Delivery Summary report at the Campaign and child program levels and if you see results as well?

It might be an issue with nesting a parent program and a subprogram. That said, I don't see anything in the documentation or reported issues for this particular scenario; as such, we'll likely have to review your setup to get a better understanding.

Craig

Hi @Craig_Thonis

I don't see any stats at the campaign and child program levels as well, I checked other child programs within the same parent program and it shows stats for the delivery summary report at the campaign level and child program level as well.

Okay then it's something specific with that one child program. I'd recommend submitting a ticket for Campaign Support to review as we'll likely need to access your ACS instance and compare the configurations between the working and non-working programs.

Hello @MANDM123
Thank you for reporting this issue with the dynamic reports in ACS. Here are the troubleshooting steps I recommend:
1. Check Individual Delivery IDs:

Please go through each Delivery ID one by one to review the results
You can check the Delivery Logs to see how many were sent successfully
If you cannot find the Delivery ID, this might indicate a workflow issue

2. Verify Workflow Status:

Check if the workflow is running properly
If everything appears to be functioning abnormally, this could be the root cause of the reporting discrepancy

3. Examine Reports Configuration:

Go to the Reports section and check when the data was last updated
Verify the date range settings to ensure they cover the period when your deliveries were sent
Check for any other filters that might be hiding your data (audience filters, delivery status filters, etc.)

The fact that you can see data at the individual campaign level but not at the program level suggests there might be an aggregation issue or a filter/permission problem at the parent program level.
Please try these steps and let me know what you find. If the issue persists after these checks, it may require escalation to Adobe Support for further investigation.
Best regards
Thanongdach
