I have following queries regarding Message Center:-
1. whether we can create custom workflows (so as to enrich the incoming event data) within message center.
2. Can we associate custom target mappings within the transaction templates
3. can the incoming event data be stored within the delivery logs/ any custom table
Please let me know any of your viewpoints on the query.
The short answer is No. Because the Message centers are hosted by Adobe directly and the only access is via API and you cannot login to the instance via console using an admin account .
Anyways , let's say even if you have access it's not recommended to do modifications in message center directly but rather use the ctx parameters for any personalization.
