Please let me know whether, personalization fields can be stored in delivery logs after execution of a campaign (email, sms or mobileapp).
Could you please provide some more details on use case here ?
The use case is such that, after executing the campaign its personalization data sent to the customer should be saved within delivery logs.
As of now, I am aware that the recipient email and its delivery status is stored in the delivery logs
You can save data within the delivery logs by extending the delivery logs schema and updating the target/delivery mapping.
This is the correct answer.
Once you've added the additional required fields onto your extended delivery log schema you can then add these into the target mapping as additional storage fields.
Target Mappings > Your mapping (most likely mapRecipient) > Mapping tab > storage tab > map your fields in the 'additional data' section.
