Hello Ssb, All the schemas you have mentioned are following the template of xtk:folder as evident from the below definition : You can go in the data tab for each schema , do a configure list and select the SQL query to find out which table the query is actually running. This basically means , nms:program , nms:offerCategory , nms:plan will exist as different types of entities under the xtk:folder table ORthey are folders of different types in the hierarchy . Hello,There can be two possibilities. 1. Schemas are created but not synced with the Database from the application via the update database wizard.2. Certain attributes when applied to a schema ensure that they don't get created as a table on the Database.For example - you won't see nms:broadLog and nms:trackingLog in the database although they are present in the console as they are libraries ( templates ) to create other tables.the attribute - library="true" determines this. Hello Jose, It's by design that some fields of the OOB tables are not exposed for update via UI due to performance considerations.There are services like MTA , web or wfserver which continuously update the OOB technical tables like delivery logs and introducing a manual INSERT will slow down / block the automatic process. If you can elaborate the objective , probably we can find an alternate way.

Hi Shiva, That because of how google handles downloading of images . When an open is tracked gmail downloads the open tracking pixel via google image proxy but when it's a click the data does not come through google image proxy. This is the reason of not seeing proxy for clicks

Hi Rajesh, In ACS you have an option to delete the source files after transfer from the directory.As Sukriti rightly confirmed , the retention is for DB tables . For the application server upload directory , you can choose to remove the files after transfer using the option in a workflow activity :

Hello Prasanna, What Milan has said is correct. Most of the times this issue happens when there is a connection issue with the tracking server.So you can check the audit tab of the delivery to see where the failure happens and alternately turn off tracking for this delivery and see if it succeeds. Hello Abhilash, I think the option does not show the correct build is because the postupgrade process ran into an error.The postupgrade does the schema updates one by one and it's gets stopped at xtk:workflow and hence is not able to complete as the xtk:option table is not updated. Hi Rohan, My question is why are you using the broadLogMsg table to map it with recipient ?By default and by design , the broadLogRcp is linked N:1 with recipients and should be used as source of truth to determine failures , reason of failure and to see if a delivery to a recipient was successful. Hello , I think the easiest way to do this is by extracting the delivery logs and then grouping them in terms of date to get a date wise distribution for the volume.Then take the average or max as you want.This can be done via a query or simply in the UI by filtering on the schemas.Regards,Adhiyan

Hello , I think you have added the new attributes in the form but not in the xpathsToLoad= section at the top of the form . This property ensures that the values you are saving are loaded in the delivery form everytime you open it. Hello Shans, Adobe Campaign standard uses a Generic connector which means if you supply the expected SMPP parameters in the external account used for SMS , it would still work. There are no separate connector for AWS SNS though so it will have to be setup as a bulk routing account with channel = sms regards,Adhiyan

Hello , Please raise a ticket to the support portal using the instance URL.This seems to be a known issue in some ACS instances where the pipeline topics are mis-configured in the server configuration or missing the real-time topic for pipeline.
