Adobe Campaign Standard

Hello,I sent an email using campaign standard in which I configure a dynamic content based on segment ID from AEP.Now, business team ask me some reporting (Open rate, CTR, CTO...) for each segment.How can i retrieve Segment ID using reporting on ACS or Adobe Analytics ?
