Has anyone had success auto forwarding emails that are sent to the From email ID (sub domain) as opposed to the receiver of the email using the reply all. For my client the From email address is a subdomain (ex: email@example.com) and the reply to is just @customer.com. We have users complaining that they copy the From email address and are not receiving emails due to it being a subdomain. How can we make sure those emails are not lost, as it costs client business. Can a subdomain be set up with an inbox?
