Is it possible to embed a video into an email in Adobe Campaign or do I have to include a link to a web page and have the video on that page?

Where in an email delivery activity can we set up throttling to send emails out over the course of several hours? This is an option used in ACC and when going through IP Warming but I do not see where this exists in ACS.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi, Test/proof email is unable to be proceed in production site? Also even if in staging site, I cannot receive test/proof email when I set advanced parameters. Could you please someone tell me the answer? thank you in advance!
