Do you know if an employee who reads emails using the reading panel vs. double clicking will show up as a count in the reporting?

Has anyone ever had to use Narvar in a Shipping Confirmation - email? Have you had any issues adding this to an transactional message/email?

Hi, when I try to move a workflow from one campaign to another, the delivery does not move alongside it. I cannot go into the delivery and move it across as the option is greyed out. Why is this the case and what can I do to resolve this?
