have read the documentation but did'nt get a clear picture on what is actually subscription service in adobe campaign context

please help to explain the same in layman terms

If the Experience League documentation is not helping (even though it is comprehensive), then I suggest you to enroll into instructor led sessions on Adobe Campaign.
