Need to identify OOTB" Data base Cleanup Workflow "is deleting the data from which all tables inn Adobe Campaign

hI All,

We need your help to identify that which the data is deleted from which all tables inn Adobe Campaign via via DB Cleanup WKF.

This is very urgent and critical for me to identify as We have lost Campaign history of around 200 million records in Production via DB Cleanup WKF

(some one has changed our Deployment wizard config settings from --Delivery logs, Tracking logs from 360 days to 180 days )hence db clean up wkf has cleaned up those

please help me to let know if u guys have any idea which ones it deletes

Hi @Shruti1

you can find what the database cleanup does in the documentation below

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/monitoring-campaign-classic/data-proc...

The Deployment Wizard information are stored in options and you could look at the last modify date and modified by Field to find out when the changes occur.
Depending of your version, there is also an Audit folder under Administration folder where you could also see the history of the changes for these option.

sadly, such deletion is permanent and there is no restore possible unless you accept to lose even wider information ( DB backup)

hope this help
