Operator delivery log (broadLogOp) Schema is similar to broadLogRcp table, but it is linked with operator schema instead of Recipient schema.
You can find delivery logs of deliveries targeted to operator accounts from campaign tool, like Notification of the assignees for a workflow task (Example: Alert activity), Notification of the workflow supervisor (Configured in workflow > property > General tab > supervisor), Notification of validations for the marketing campaign etc
