Adobe Campaign Classic v7 & Campaign v8

HII am using Adobe Campaign Classic v6.7. I have an workflow in which there are multiple activities. I want to skip any particular activity based on a condition without using 'Test' Activity by writing a javascript in the Advanced tab of the particular activity.

I am trying to change an input form field. The dialog box is the up/down arrows. Currently, it goes up/down in values of 1. We'd like it to go up or down in values of .25 instead. Where can I go to make this change? Thanks!
