Hi Greeshma, Not sure if I am correct here, but I think clean up workflow is trying to cancel this delivery as may be the deliveries are expired. Please refer to the document :- https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/monitoring-campaign-classic/data-processing/database-cleanup-workflow.html?lang=en#cleanup-of-expired-deliveries per the update statement it is trying to stop or cancel the delivery (85). Hi Greeshma, At the first glance I assume the deliveries have got deleted (may be manually) where there are few entries of the same delivery id in the broad / tracking logs. Please check the tables for any entires of the shown deliveries. Thanks,Adithya

Hi , Sorry might be my post is little late, so what we did for the RSS data load is :- 1) Load or create the field structure in Adobe OOTB xls format. 2) ftp download the xml file (the content file). 3) Using OOTB function applyXslFromFile to validate the RSS data feed. 4) Later assign the data to the array fields. 5) Insert or update array data to the table. Hi Again, Sorry I misread the details, thanks for clarrifying, yes I think you can use either SQL code activity or the write sql script in the JS activity after the delivery activity to delete the temp table, like "DELETE FROM vars.tableName;" this would delete the entires in the temp table.

Hi @david_garcia1 , May be at first you might have to consider deleting the tracking logs data of the deliveries that are sent.Like :- trackingRCP data , and then tracking log tables, which are actually linked to the deliveries, and then deleting the deliveries would work , but need to make sure the deletion is happening in the correct sequence otherwise the tracking and the data clean up workflow (OOTB workflows) would start to fail. Hi Team, We have a requirement, where to send push notifications to the eligible recipients (based on the eligibility criteria) of the offer that is newly created. As far as i understand, the offer eligibility status will be generated only when the user opens the particular site or opens the app in the mobile. Hi Team, We are getting a weird results, when the delivery is sent from adobe campaign classic, at first the status in the broad log RCP table is showing as sent for the particular recipient and we pull the report for that delivery which we send to the business. Later afterwards we send the weekly deliveries report where we see the recipient for the same delivery is seen as failed and the most common failure reason we are seeing is "Mailbox Full". Just wanted to check if this situation has occur...

Hi Sachin, Yes it will be an impact, as the PROD DB will replace the Stage DB, so hence do take the back up of the stage DB and server snapshot as well (if required).
