Adobe Campaign Classic v7 & Campaign v8

Is it possible to track and audit changes made in Web Application / Form in Adobe Campaign Classic? I see and Audit option for Workflows, Schemas and Options but not for Web Applications.If not - has anybody implemented any custom solution for this?
