Reminder Email Scheduling Post booking Appointment

I like to send out 2 reminder email for Booked Appointment recipients :

Same day of Appointment at Morning time
10 minutes before

what setup needs to be require for the same?

Hi,

 

Follow these steps:

  1. Check that all timezones are the same and the correct one. These are:
    • Server timezone (the operating system of the machine running the application software)
    • Database timezone (the db session of the Campaign user, stored in xtk option wdbcTimeZone)
    • Workflow timezone (default is fine)
    • Delivery timezone (default is fine)
    • Operator timezone (not relevant, but confusing if different)
  2. Create a campaign with 2 workflows:
    • Scheduler every day @6 AM
    • Scheduler every 15? minutes, or whatever the appointment intervals are, offset -10 minutes
