FTP information for onboarding offline data

Hi,

I'm working in my company's sandbox environment, and I want to upload a CRM file.

Where can I find the FTP information I need to upload the file?

Thanks,

Nancy

Hi Nancy,

Since S3 is more recommended than FTP, ask the concerned Adobe consultant on the project to provide the credentials of S3 bucket if already created for this account. If not, the consultant raises the SKMS ticket for S3 provisioning and eventually the S3 account will be created whose credentials will be shared to the client.

Thanks,

Nancy,

I wasn’t aware of a sandbox environment for any clients. That’s exciting.

Anyways, for ftp - you need to open a ticket with client care to get your credentials.

Hi Nancy,

You can log a support ticket with AAM Customer Care, and ask for the FTP credentials.

Enterprise Support

If you are starting to onboard data, we would recommend using S3 instead of FTP.

Check this doc on S3 for AAM: Amazon S3: About
