Insights needed for Leveraging First-Party Data in Audience Manager

Hello everyone,

I'm new to Audience Manager and I'm wondering if we can utilize first-party data for audience targeting in our marketing communications.

 

Additionally, I'd appreciate some assistance in gaining a better understanding of the tool, including the types of data it can utilize and how we can effectively use it.

@UmaV Starting point here would be with the People-Based Destination feature in AAM - Take a look at the link where you will see use cases.

 

[...] People-Based Destinations enable you to apply segmentation on online and offline data to create audience segments based on hashed identifiers, such as email addresses. Then, you can send these segments to “walled gardens” such as Facebook, where you can target your audience on the social platforms. 

 

Additionally, some implementation guides based on specific workflows (A, B & C)
