Unable to use Adobe Analytics with admin role and all the permissions set up

Even though my account is configured as an admin and I have set up all the permissions in the product profile of Adobe Analytics, I keep on getting this error message: "You have successfully logged in, however no reports have been enabled for your account yet".Screenshot 2023-01-05 at 4.24.06 PM.png

Even if you are an admin, you need to also be added as a user in the product... that would probably be the place to start...

And in the product profiles tab, do you have a profile added to the Product with suites and tool permissions?

Ah, but there are no report suites selected... that might be the issue

Hmmm.... interesting.

 

You might need client care support, since they will have access to your account

In the Admin Console there should be a menu link called Support. You can create tickets with Client Care there. Good luck!
