Roles and Permisions. Viewer Role.

I need to create a role that can view the project of a workspace and change the date range of the project. But this role cannot create any new project or modify any component of a project. Is it possible?

I think this was possible earlier using one of the product profile permissions, but it was removed due to some issues. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe we can only restrict the data the way we want but the users with access to Workspace can still create their own copy of the project.

@amendez92 - Can you share the project using "Can View" role with the user? That will provide limited "read-only" kind of access.

@amendez92 - Adding to my last note, it disables calendar interactions too, but there is a workaround to grant calendar control to the recipient using drop-down filter: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics-learn/tutorials/analysis-workspace/using-panels/us...

Hello @Ishan_Sinha_ , first of all thanks for you reply.

I know this option and it works fine but I want that this new Role can't be able to create their own projects.
