Processing time until classification upload is live

Hi all,

on the website it says that "Classifications typically don’t take longer than 72 hours."

Does this mean that an exported classification file right after uploading it, is not up to date?

Is there any sign that shows you if the changes are live or is checking the workspace the only thing one can do?

Thanks!

@Adam19 - The exported Classification file is a confirmation of the data that has been uploaded and classified. It can take up to 72 hours for the data to reflect in the Analytics reporting (though it will generally be available within 24 hours (not always guaranteed)).

Currently, there isn't any other way to check the status of the updated data rather than waiting for it in the Analysis Workspace UI.

One follow up: Why does it take so long? The Classification file itself is only a couple of KBs. What needs to be synced in the background?
