Currently, I'm trying to create a dashboard that displays the change in bounce rate week over week, but despite the bounce rate metric being set so that an increase is red and a decrease is green, the summary change visualization still displays an increase as green and a decrease as red. Is there a way to switch this? It feels only logical that there should be but I'm not sure how to do it.

The only way to change the colour is by setting the increase/decrease colour in the metric. If it isn't working properly, try changing the colour option in the metric (you've got it set to increase is red, change it to increase is green). It could just be a bug that is causing it to not be correct. If it is a bug and changing that fixes it, I'd suggest reaching out to customer support and letting them know about it.

Hmm that's odd.. I am seeing down as green and up as red.
Are you using a custom Bounce Rate definition, instead of the standard metric? If so, did you set the upward trend correctly in your metric?
For something like Bounce Rate, you want to set an "upward trend" as Bad (Red)
This will impact the Summary Change colours.
Yes, this is where my head was going. The initial metric's Polarity in Adobe Analytics has to be set to Up is Bad vs. the default setting. Go back to your initial success metrics setting to change this and then you will see the output you expect, or maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree.
