Could you please tell me what's the expected event order for Heartbeat Analytics MediaSDK 2.x? Currently, we're experiencing the main asset start event firing twice, even though trackSessionStart is called only once. Is it expected to receive the main start event twice? if no, why could this be happening?

I believe it is expected to be received twice, looking at this similar question posed in Experience League in 2022: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-questions/media-analytics-heartbeat-start-event-types/td-p/540284 @calisecheung gives a great description of what the events are used for and validates that this is expected.
They also call out that Media Analytics (Heartbeat) SDK is end of support, and it's probably harder to find documentation out there, so it is probably worthwhile to look at the newer supported methods for implementing streaming media, https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/media-analytics/using/implementation/overview
