Individual pages/sections visits not reflecting total of Visits

Hi,

My content manager team report me that their visits number are bigger than their page views, and that's not usually. This is when they look at the total of visits for a site. But when I look section individually, I see that the number of visits is always lower that the PVs. But the total tell the inverse. (look at the screenshot)

Is there an issue with the total? Or how that can be explained?
