I'm trying to map out how we will bring MS Dynamics data into Adobe Analytics.
My research has pointed me to the Customer Attributes core service. My question is, how is the CRM data from Dynamics going to be merged with my website data coming into Analytics? If Analytics is using a token based customer ID and the CRM operate using emails, I'm guessing that no connection can be made unless Analytics also has emails?
I guess I don't really understand what the Customer Attributes service does. Is that where the Analytics and Dynamics data gets consolidated to each Customer? Does it use email as the primary key?
