Analytics data not reflecting in dashboard-Adobe Analytics

Hi Experts,

I have issue in getting data in Adobe Analytics Dashboard. The value is perfectly coming in the datalayer as well as in the OMNI bug.

When the page loads the evars  are getting populated. It is showing in the datalayer.Also in while we debug for checking the mapping of evar with the datalayer value,it is also perfect.

 

But if those values are not getting populated in the dashboard. But we have many other values getting populated in the same page same time. Those are getting populated in the dashboard. Only few items in that group have this issue.

 

Can anyone help me on this?

It's possible that the value is being overwritten or there can be some valid reason for exclusion. Feel free to reach out to Client Care for detailed investigation and they will let you know the exact reason.

@ashok_adiyolil what are the Attribution and Expiration settings for your eVars in the report suites' admin settings?
