How to recover traffic after removing IP address filter?

Avatar

Level 2

Hi,
I found that Adobe Analytics was not tracking some essential data due to IP filter being used to exclude my company's internal traffic.
I removed the filter and I'm now getting all the traffic, but I can't see data history for the duration while the IP address filter was applied.
Does anyone know if there's a way to recover that data?
Many thanks in advance

I don't believe those changes are retroactive... it will only affect the data collection moving forward.

If you have Raw Data Feeds set up, you might be able to find the traffic that way, and use it externally, but I don't know if there is a way to bring that data back into Adobe (possibly with the Data Repair API, but I don't know).

This might be a question for Client Care... just note, this sort of back processing will likely come at a cost....
