I have a bunch of folders that I keep certain projects in (one folder for target test workspaces, one folder for analysis workspaces, one for ecommerce, etc.).
None of the other users in my org can see the folders. Is there a way to share them?

Currently only the Company Folder is the shared folder in workspace and there is no way to share the custom folders as you expect.
This has been raised previously with Adobe team through community ideas,
Hopefully in future you may see an option to share the workspace folder but for now it isn't available.
In the meantime you can explore the option to share projects to user groups (these are Adobe Analytics product profiles created in Admin Console).
