Experience Cloud ID Service

Hi Team,

Hope you're doing great !!

I have migrated one of the client implementation from Adobe Dtm to Adobe Launch. I could notice that all the extensions are migrated as expected. But, I don't see that Experience Cloud ID Service is not working as expected on the website.

What could be the issue for not firing and please do let me know how to mitigate this issue.

Help is highly appreciated !!

Thanks,

Balakrishna

Hi Bala,

Just analysed the URL you've shared mid(ECID) is firing correctly on every instances.
Attached the screen grab.

If Experience Cloud ID extension is configured in Launch web property with correct Marketing Cloud Organization ID, then "mid" parameter will be generated in Adobe Analytics server call for your website successfully.

https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/launch/using/extensions-ref/adobe-extension/id-service-extens...

This might need some more investigation to check if Experience Cloud ID is generated as expected or not. May I have the URL of the website where you are facing issues?

When you migrate property from DTM to Launch seems the Experience Cloud ID is not properly migrated, I think you need to configure the same in the Launch and test the functionality.

I observed the same issues for one or two brands and manually configured the same.
