Document Management Software

Can anyone recommend a good document management software? We work with a lot of very large PDF files and need a way to upload them into an app that will sort and file the documents into pre specified categories. For example, if we get a 100 page file with each page representing the name of one country; the app will recognize each page and store it. Thanks.
