Dimesion values containing commas and Data Warehouse extracts

We have some dimensions in our data that contain commas. When we do a data warehouse extract, these columns are breaking the layout because the file is comma separated and the columns aren't enclosed in quotes.

Is there anyway to tell DW to add quotes round columns in the extract, or any way to extract in a format other than CSV?

@Ben_Step You can extract data in Tableau format by selecting it from the Advanced options.
