Building Calculated Metrics

I am looking to build a calculated metrics for Avg. Number of clicks per visitor (in terms of activity map clicks by visits ). Also, wondering about some great documentation on building calculated metrics thoroughly.

Did you try Activity Map page/Link instances divided by UVs for Avg. no. of Clicks per visitor?
