@_bel_ ,The segment you created is on Hit level but the Entries metric works on Visit level. So let's say the segment you created with definition evar1=Citizen(Hit level). if you apply Entries metric next to this segment it will show the all the values of that evar for that particular visit. Segment: Breakdown segment with the dimension used in the segment:Here you can see all the values of the visit when evar1 was set as Citizen as an Entry.

@prerna,DWH contains a separate column called visitorID that's why when you use source as warehouse it works but normal API does not have any such column. If you check in workspace or R&A there is no such out of the box column available which capture the visitor ID by default hence it throws an error. If you want to pull visitor ID from normal API 1.4 without using source: warehouse, you would need to capture the visitor IDs in a custom dimension(evar/prop) and fetch data for that variable.

@prerna Are you trying to pull the data for visitor ID column of DWH?Correct API element or dimension for that is visitor_id. It would give you Visitor ID data from DWH.

The reason there is a difference is because in Time Spent per Visits(seconds) calculation, not all visits are counted - only those that have the timespent seconds on page attribute set. This is not exactly the same as visits - bounces. For many visits, there could be no timespent set, and therefore they are not included in the avg timespent calculation. This ends up with fewer of the visits being counted than just subtracting the bounces, leading to a smaller denominator and therefore a larger c...

@bindukumari1990,DCR is based on the identifier you set on the website. You have to make sure same identifier is used in the DCR. When you fire _satellite.track("identifier") you have to make sure your overall data layer/data elements were already set up properly to show WHICH product was purchased.

@nk11339,Could you please confirm if you have applied a Hit level segment with the flow report when you do not see the exits? This generally happens when you use a hit level segment with a Flow diagram which will produce unexpected results because in its nature Flow is a multi hit diagram, using visit and visitor level segment constructs. Engineering started the below thread to get client's opinion on this:https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-discussions/segmentation-i...

@fira,First touch channel detail captures the value you have set in "Set the channel's value to" section of a Marketing Channel processing rule. Here you can set anything like QSP, page URL, referrer, referring domain etc. You can change it to anything you want which would make more sense. First touch channel details value will be captured when a visitor reaches out to your site for the very first time. After that only Last touch channel details gets updated by this section.

@natmcd99,In case of UVs sum of individual line items will always be equal or higher than the total because of deduplication. Let's say a visitor reached to the site via Paid search first and later reached to your site via Affiliate channel. In this case user is same but used 2 different channel to reach out to your site so individually both the channels will get 1 UV each but in total it will be 1 UV only. So the sum will be 2 and total will be 1.

@bindukumari1990,If you just want to upload the orders you can use Generic as Category and Summary Data Only as the Type. If you have the transactions ID with you and would like to tie the offline orders you are uploading with online transaction IDs you can use Transaction ID Type under Generic Category. For your reference:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/import/data-sources/data-types-and-categories/datasrc-categories.html?lang=en

That's right @prerna ,If you are using DWH tool from Analytics UI, please use Visits - All Visitors metric to get the same visits number like workspace. If you are using DWH API please use "visits" id to get the same visits number like workspace.

@prerna,DWH API does not contain a separate id for Visit-All Visitors metric. You would need to use normal visits id to pull out the visits from DWH via API. It will work as expected and you will be able to match the numbers of DWH API with DWH tool export with Visit-All Visitors or workspace reports.

@trochira,Pagename is set for both trackState and trackAction but the Page View is only counted for a trackState call. It is same like s.t and s.tl calls.Within s.tl calls you will see pagename variable getting fired but it never makes to the Pages report. pageName is something which is defined by the client. If you are using Launch whatever you mention in State under rule will be send as pageName. If the pageName has already been set on the page via trackState call and then you do some action, ...

@JasmienY,If you s_vi cookie before consent then it should be used to identify the visitors. The server may show fid but I guess s_vi must be in use.You can pull out the data feed for a day and check the post_visid_type column against the pages users access before consent. Below is the lookup for post_visid_type column. You would be able to see 3, 4, 5 mostly. 0 means Custom visitorID or Unknown/not applicable1 means IP and user agent fallback2 means HTTP Mobile Subscriber Header3 means Legacy c...

@vijithar4145255,As per the title of this post, if you want to disable a few rules only so that they do not fire on a page you would have to disable them first from Launch >> than build a library by selecting the disabled rules versions.Only disabling the rules will not work, please make sure to build a library with disabled rules versions.

@JasmienY,If there is only FID present in the server call it will be used for visitor identification. Unfortunately FID and MID cannot be mapped together to treat the user as same visitor before and after consent. AID and MID gets mapped together but this is not the case here. In reporting you will be seeing 2 UVs(1 for FID and 1 for MID). If you want the user before and after consent to be same you either have to implement MID before consent as well or make sure AID or s_vi cookie is generated ...

@Buzzelle,Adobe only uses IP variable to classify data for Geo reports. Sending an IP to evar won't work to populate data in Geo reports. If you are using Data insertion API and have the IP information you can actually use it. You can use tag to send IP info.192.168.1.1https://github.com/AdobeDocs/analytics-1.4-apis/blob/master/docs/data-insertion-api/sample_code/r_sample_http_post.md If you would like to use evar to send IP to Adobe, you can later create classification of that evar and upload G...

@Buzzelle,Geo reports capture the data based on IP. For server side implementation you would have to send the user agent and IP along with other variable to make sure the geo data is collected as per your need otherwise it will keep on picking up your User agent and IP information. User agents are not responsible for Geo reports. UA helps in getting data for Devices, OS, Browser etc. reports.

@vtran14,I suppose you are waiting for context data to show up in processing rule so that you can create the rules based on those context data. There is no ETA for that. The Context Variables list contains all variables that were sent to the report suite in the previous 30 days. If you still using mobilemarketing.adobe.com, you can login there and map the context variables being used with variables like evar/prop/events etc.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/mobile-services/using/manage-app...
