Hello @kirang29990284 If you want to check all the segments used in a
calculated metrics creation than you can check it from the left pane in
the workspace . click on the i icon in the calculated metrics and click
on it. You will get the segments used in the metrics creation.Refer the
below screenshot :-
If I am correct than you might be facing the error ' This metric is not
enabled for this Report Suite'. If yes than this issue is fixed by the
ENG team. If this is not the issue than you can send the issue to
Customer Care with all details.
Hello @Phil_H13 Backend algorithm consist of some extra attributes also
while calculating the metric values. Hence it is not feasible to compare
the manually calculated value for metrics with the one calculated in the
workspace. You will find some difference in both the calculated values.

Hello @yokok9528851 The reason you are not able to use VRS in the
Datawarehouse is because the segments used in the VRS might not be
Datawarehouse compatible due to which the VRS is not usable in the
DataWarehouse. Can you please check that the segments used in the VRS
are DataWarehouse compatible ? You will find DataWarehouse written under
Product Compatibility in the segment definition. If it is not present
this means that the segment is not DataWarehouse compatible and needs to
be modified so...
Hello @shesingh While switching to an incompatible VRS in DW UI the
warning message occurs which contains the following message :- "This
Report Suite in incompatible with Data Warehouse. Switching back to a
compatible Report Suite".
Hi @philipk92120636 Only admin level users can approve the segments and
calculated metrics. Non-admin level users can only consume the approved
segment or calculated metric but can not mark them as approved.

Hello @AnithaT Can you please try clearing cache and cookie from your
browser and then try accessing it in a new tab ? If you still face the
issue than I would suggest to contact client care along with the
screenshot of the error you are getting in the Console.
