Adobe Analytics

I am one of the admins when it comes to adobe analytics but I don't know how to grant user view / edit access for specific report in adobe analytics.

Hi all, I have 150partners to share their respective data. So, now i have planned to create 150 projects and in each projects, i will do segmentation based on their respective url, data should populated. Is this correct and only way to proceed or is there any smart way to do?

How do I make my Workspace tab the default when I launch Adobe Analytics, instead of the Reports tab? Is there a settings function where i can set the default view? 

I'm asking for privacy reasons - I know I can block or spoof an ECID/primary identifier but IP addresses are still collected. Can I block or spoof an IP address going into Analytics?
