Create multiple page view containers with AND segment defintions

I often find that I need to define a page view container segment with a number of rules inside the segment set where any rule can match. However I often then find I would like to have a additional AND page view container. But this is not possible I would like it to be possible.

Example Page View Container 1

- Any of the following 5 author ID's

AND

Page View Container 2

- Where Country GEO = UK

However this is not possible. I can start with a visit container but that brings back data I do not want in my segment. Is this a feature request or am I doing something wrong?

Possible work-around is to use both the Include & Exclude filters in the Segment Canvas. By excluding any country that does not equal UK, you will only get UK. 

Include Rule: Any of the following 5 author ID's

Exclude Rule: Where country Does Not Equal UK

I thought that was possible by using multiple containers side-by-side (see Knowledgebase 1805)
