Hi Team , We have a field at opportunity level which is a custom field and we want to display that value in the body of the email , when we use velocity script in the email script token with that value it gives us 35000.0 , but we would like to display as 35,000 . Can you help me how this can be fixed ? 

I have access to many instances of Workfront used in our enterprise. Is there a way to choose which instance opens on initial login?

I have >200 Groups and we are adding Group Admin. to assist with adding users. I can't see a way to bulk add these 2 members to the Group Admin. area of the Group but can quickly add the groups to their user profile. If they are members of the Group with Group Admin. access will they be able to add users to those Groups without being considered a Group Admin. at the upper level of the Group? Is there anyway to do this short of opening each Group and adding the Group Admin.? Thank you in advance for any thoughts or past experience.=D

Last night we were migrated to the "unified shell". This morning our Group Administrators can no longer see the "Project Preferences" menu in Setup. It's possible this was the case prior to last night, but it's definitely a recent change. Is Project Preferences now only accessible to System Admins? Was this an intentional change? Are any of you seeing the same thing?

Hi Workfront Community, I'm setting up project Status values in a new org, and I've dragged and dropped them (in Setup) in the order I wish to see them when on a project, but they are not appearing in the correct order.  Not sure if this matters, but since you can't delete or hide the standard statuses "Current" and "Planning", I renamed them. This is the order I want This is the order I'm getting (but don't want)  Any idea why this might be happening?Thanks,Nick

Hi All,i am using file transfer activity to joload file on server , file is getting upload on specific path but it is first creating folder with file name then folder contains that specific , i just want to place file directly on path without creation of parent folder, how i cam resolve it .

Hi,On deletion of a resource, I need get a property from the resource BEFORE the resource becoming null.I tried this through Event Listener. In the event listener, the resource is null. I tried to achieve this through on delete -> launcher -> workflow.   Here also the resource is null. But in this workflow, I have only one processor which tries to get the resource details. Here can I get the resource details before it gets deleted from the workflow? Actual deletion is done in OOTB code, how can move that code to my workflow?Here How to take an action on a deleted Asset in Adobe Experience Manager? , Jörg said we can control when the actual deletion is called. Hi There, I have developed custom workflow and installed it and it worked fine. I synced workflow model xml into codebase, made some changes (removed some steps and transition etc) and pushed it to AEM CaaS. But to surprise, AEM workflow is still using old workflow xml instead of using new one. Just FYI, I did not just update it manually but via local SDK and synced the code back. It changed `lastModified` and other properties as well, so it should recognize it as changed on deployment but it did not. On `/var/workflow/models` it still shows old nodes and transitions

Hi Team,I need to update the Bot Rules in my RSuite. The Documentation - Upload Bot Rule says to fill the .csv file with the headers as shown in yellow in the pic. My query is where will I find this information. Can someone help me with a stepwise process to update the Bot information. Thanks! 

Assuming we have a scenario: 1. Product is shown in the recommendation 2. In the same session / in the next 24h user bought this product 3. Are we able to measure such a conversions in Target or additional Analytics license is required? 4. Are we able to somehow tracks which products were clicked in the Recommendations?

I'm building an Adaptive Form that requires input via query string parameters in the URL, for example ?firstname=bob&lastname=smith that should then pre-populate text input fields in the Adaptive Form. I attempted to follow the Adobe Experience League instructions published here, which seems to require two packages to be installed into the AEM instance. It wasn't clear if the packages listed there are required, or if they're example content from the tutorial instructions. In the AEM Package Manager, I received an error message that said "Package (or it's subpackage(s)) contains application content which isn't supported at runtime". and I wasn't able to install either of the packages.  We're using AEM cloud, with AEM Release 2025.5.21005. Is there some way to set up Adaptive Forms that can receive input via query string parameters, without requiring any additional AEM packages to be installed? Hi everyone. As a one-person Marketo "department", I am learning new things about the instance I inherited. One is that our CRM and Marketo do not communicate - there is a daily file transfer that appears to be customer data (name, email, etc) and custom object (type of account, when opened, etc) that captures any new customers and places them into a workflow (existing Onboarding Journey). Our I.T. Department sends me spreadsheets for both as a way to check the data transferred if I want or need.That said, I have completed a new customer onboarding journey that I'd like to test using fake test data that mirrors the two spreadsheets.The field that ties both spreadsheets together is called, CIF, and I think I need to exclude this from a list import of the customer data. When I upload the custom object spreadsheet, I will need to include CIF.Needless to say, I am a bit apprehensive in uploading the spreadsheets and testing the data. We have users who would like to do analytics in CJA on a population of people who are in an audience in RTCDP. The solutions I have found so far have been to ingest segment membership from the XDM individual profile schema, and while this will tell me audience membership TODAY, we want to see who was in the audience a month ago. Has anyone been able to do this as segment membership overwrites history? 

I would like to know what folder of an AEM project is the website root.It seems there could be two different folders that match the description, but it is unclear which of those is actually the case and I couldn't find any information on that so far. The two possible folders would be:1) The uppermost project folder directly under "content/" in the CRX folder structure2) The parent folder of the first HTML page (startpage) of the project, which is usually 1-2 folder levels below the first project folder Can someone clarify that for me? Hi Everyone,I have a below use case where I am facing an issue with policies applied to custom container component which has been inherited from AEM core container component.Problem statement:We have our AEM editable template pages where container component is used as a parent component to author the custom components on the page. I have a new requirement to create a custom component with title,rte,image and one container component included using data-sly-resource in it. The problem here is when I have created a custom policy for the new custom component 's container included in it. It is inheriting the common container component policies but not the one I have created for it. when I click on the embedded container component from sidekick and click on "+" insert component from component's EditableToolbar, it is picking the correct policy where I am restricting components from but when I click on the parsys where we see "Drag components here" message inside the nested containe
