Solved

Hello everyone,I'm facing an issue when I want to send out an email containing a web app link (as a button) I created. When testing in preview mode with a random test personalization. I can go through my email, click on the button to access the web app and it displays well. The problem occurs when I try to send a proof to see how the render looks like and it seems that when I click on the link to access the web app, that window prompt with just an "ERROR" message instead of the actual web app :Here are the delivery logs but nothing much to say about that :Does this error happens to someone already when sending a test proof and have a clue on how to fix that ?If you need more information for solving my problem, feel free to ask EDIT : I check both link in my preview (the one that work) and in the email (the one that doesn't work) and it looks like the URL that different. That should be the case, right ? Both version applies for the same customer.Thank you in advance.Kind regards,

Hi,The Vaccuum process runs on a regular basis and we notice it sometimes blocks Update Data on tables such as Recipient and even an Enrichment activity on Recipient which is basically a select. The Neolane Support told us : Does anybody have any suggestion regarding this? Can it really not be excluded during some time slots like the office hours?Kind regards,Pierre

Hello, guys! I'm trying to use the Styles on RTE (followed this guide Configure the Rich Text Editor plug-ins ) and made it work.My use case is to select font-size to the selected text, as followingIt works, but the problem starts when you try to change from one value to another. Instead of deselecting the previows value and selecting the new one, it keeps both of them selected.Since this case is for font-size, there's no sense to have xx-small and xx-large at the same time.Would it be possible to make it behaves like the Paragraph? Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,We have recently migrated our property from Adobe DTM to Adobe Launch. We wanted our script to load asynchronously, hence we had removed "async" from our header script. The execution call for Direct call Rule is written in following manner in our code :try {      window._satellite.track('commonsPageLoad');    } catch (error) {      console.error(error);    } finally {      window.digitalData = {};    }Now , the execution starts with "try" block and call to DCR [ _satellite.track('commonsPageLoad') ] , but somehow, the "finally" block gets executed next before completing execution of DCR. This leads to clearing of datalayer , and no data goes with Adobe's image request, which is a serious concern for me.If anyone knows the reason behind this and solution, if any, Please let me know. Many thanks in advance !

Hi, I am doing a generic link tracking across my website and tracking it as follows on click of that link,s.clearVars() var linkName; s.linkTrackVars = 'prop1,eVar1,events';s.linkTrackEvents = 'event1';s.events = 'event1';linkName = "linkclick";s.prop1 = s.eVar1 = s.pageName+":"+linkName; When I check under the Console->Network tab, it shows the image request is getting cancelled followed by a subsequent image request firing. Although the beacon is firing, the data is not getting mapped to the eVar or the prop or the events. This in turn is resulting in report data showing up empty. Please do help!

I have a form with a hidden field country, and it is pre-filled with "Taiwan"However, all leads filled out the form got a country value "China".The only reason I can think of is the form locale setting. It only allows me to choose from "china" or "Chinese" when language is Chinese. Is this the reason for the form to perform this way?

Hi,I want to add a classification parameter to my data source in Power BI. Currently I employ the default Adobe Connector. But the classification is not available. When using the API I can add it, but not with the connector. Can you help clarify how I can include classification parameters in the Adobe Connector? Thanks,Kristinna

I know that to upgrade to AEM 6.4 or 6.5 you need to do a lot of restructuring to get things out of /etc. Does AEM 6.3 support those restructuring changes? As in, if, on my custom code, I start making the restructuring changes needed for 6.4/6.5, moving things around and changing the references in code, but still run 6.3, will things keep working or will things start breaking?

When does Marketo dedupe contacts? Whenever it is queueing to send them an email? I have an email campaign and my smart list is set up to pull in contacts from two separate lists in my lead database. There may be some overlap between the two lists. When I send the email from this campaign, will it dedupe those contacts or not? Thanks!

Hi,One of our clients is showing iframe of other contents of the site if users hover over certain sections. As a result of this, the iframe is causing sencondary page load calls on top of the primary call for the page on which the iframe is hosted.I want to suppress this call. We are using DTM. Any ideas how this can be done?Sanmeet

Hello,My goal is to have a webform with a link for the client to download a PDF, this PDF should come from a HTTP request from a server in our network and I will display it via webform to the public.I'm not able to receive the full response for a PDF on an HttpClientRequest, it seems that everytime the pdf is incomplete, if I try with a website URL the response is longer and ok, but never with PDF.I've try all kinds of hearders but with no success. Here's a sample of the code:Codevar url = 'https://www.soundczech.cz/temp/lorem-ipsum.pdf';var http = new HttpClientRequest(url);http.method = "GET";http.header["User-Agent"] = "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.102 Safari/537.36";http.header["Accept"] = "application/pdf";http.header["Content-Type"] = "application/pdf;charset=utf-8";http.header["accept-encoding"] = "gzip, deflate";http.execute();logInfo(http.response.body);pdf = http.response.body;;The logInfo goes to web@default

In Adobe Campaign Classic, is it possible to allow non-admin user to create new user?  We had a multi tenant AC implementation.  Thx in advance.

Hi all, I am aware that AEM is capable of playing videos, If I want to use AEM to show a house to a buyer, if he clicks left button, system should take him to show left side inside a room. If he clicks right button, system should take him right side inside the room. Is it possible to create such an interactive experience using AEM DAM? If AEM does not have that capability, could it integrate with an external app to achieve this please? I highly appreciate your support. Thanks, Rama.

Hello, this is my first time using the "External Signal" in Adobe Campaign Classic and I am completely lost...My goal is to get a signal from an external database as soon as the loading process for the tables is finished. This signal triggers an import workflow in Adobe Campaign. I know how to refer to a workflow within Campaign but how can I catch the signal of an external event?I found sth like this PostEvent(sessionToken, workflowId, activity, transition, parameters, complete) but I am not sure which parameter needs what info or if it is even the right code...Some hints would be really appreciated!Bella

Hey,My client is pushing some AAM audiences to a Partner in DBM, and some audiences were created in all advertisers under this partner (as expected), but it's not populating. All audiences are shown with less than 1k users. Has someone seen the same issue? Thanks

Hello, I have a segment that has been building for many months and as of today it has a total segment population exceeding 55.5 million (App ID does not Exist). Combine this segment with AND Web Orders Exist the population, as one would expect, drops to 1.9 million. My question is, what is the fastest way to combine these two segments (with an OR) to activate on as soon as possible? Should I combine the traits into a segment through AMM or build it in AA and share it or does it not even matter? When I look at App ID does not Exist in Analytics it only shows 2.5 million uniques for the past 90 days so there' s a significant population from months past (TTL is set to never expire). Please let me know. Thanks. Glenn

I have a requirement to show the size of an asset in the asset finder panel in AEM itself. I am able to see this metadata in the asset search panel -  card view contentI want this data to be displayed in

Hi,I'm trying to load data from a file to profiles with extended attributes. When I try to send an empty value in a text column i'm getting Unauthorized empty column error. Please find the configurations I did below1. Data type: text(100)2. Empty value management: Generate Error3. Error processing: Use a Default value - 9994. Value Mapping: Source - 0, Destination - 999 By using this configuration, Ideally the value should get mapped with a default value which is not happening in my case. Please let me know if my configuration is incorrect.

Hi,Based on the documentation, Launch doesn't support IE10 and below in case of the client-side libraries. For various reasons, we have some pages that are running in IE7 and IE8 compatibility mode. It means that even if a user opens a page like that in the latest version of IE, the browser will act like IE7 or IE8. Therefore, Launch won't work on these pages. What options do we have if we want to continue to support these pages and collect analytics data on them? (considering that DTM will go away soon)Thanks
