Video Game Like Experience using AEM

Hi all, I am aware that AEM is capable of playing videos, If I want to use AEM to show a house to a buyer, if he clicks left button, system should take him to show left side inside a room. If he clicks right button, system should take him right side inside the room. Is it possible to create such an interactive experience using AEM DAM? If AEM does not have that capability, could it integrate with an external app to achieve this please? I highly appreciate your support. Thanks, Rama.
