Hello Adobe Community, I am in the process of setting up the first subdomain for a client and have noticed several IP addresses listed as type A records in the DNS Records. I would like to confirm whether these IP addresses are the 24 IPs that Adobe provides to the client for sending emails in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Could someone please clarify if these IPs are indeed allocated for this purpose, or if they serve a different function? Thank you for your assistance.Best regards,Diego P.

hi team, a client is using the CNAME delegation for creating a subdomain. They've pasted all DNS records in their hosting solution but when they want to paste this AJO record: CNAME , notificaciones.aaa.ar , notificaciones.aaa.ar.cname.cjm.adobe.com in their hosting solution, the client is currently adding it as an A Alias because their hosting provider requires an initial alias to configure a CNAME (like data. ; _dmarc. ; cdn , etc.) , and notificaciones.aaa.ar doesn't have one.That's why they're using an A Alias. But AJO is not finding the CNAME record desired ( notificaciones.aaa.ar ) and we're not able to create the subdomain.Has anyone faced this before? We're in a hurry as we need to start our email campaigns.  Thanks. 

I am exploring the implementation of Dynamic Media using the document-based approach with Edge Delivery Service (EDS). I would like to understand how Dynamic Media assets can be integrated and delivered efficiently in this setup. Specifically, I am looking for:Steps to configure and reference Dynamic Media assets in a document-based authoring workflow.Any limitations or best practices when using Dynamic Media with EDS.Examples or documentation that explain how EDS supports Dynamic Media in a document-driven approach.

Is there a (calculated field, text mode?) way to transfer the data / selection of a field that is captured on a custom form at the project level, to a custom form on the Program of that project? Thanks in advance!

I have a “download” link (HTML 'a' tag) which has the `href` pointing to Scene7/Dynamic Media URLs. Those URLs are NOT the asset, but an API that provides the assets along with the video player. I tried a bunch of things, here a couple:- Adding download at the HTML 'a' tag: eg '<a href="scene7.server..." download>'- Add Content-Disposition header in Scene7 serverI found that this will not work (because it’s not a matter of the 'a' tag neither the browser, is a matter of the URL itself. So, I tested using the AEM instance directly, and works! But (at least in this case) this is NOT a valid solution since if we're loading directly from DAM it'll have major performance ramifications. QUESTION: There is a way to download assets from Scene7/Dynamic Media? Either a different URL or tweaking any props in S7/DM instance?There is a way to directly access the ASSET in S7/DM?Any workaround of this situation?Any other thoughts? Thanks so so much in advance.

Hey guys, This is a very quick question, but its blocking me from setting up my projects edge delivery final production site. Im following the "Edge Delivery To-Do List" on Adobe Cloud within our program, and got to step 3 which is "Add Edge Delivery site". I filled out the information for that step correctly, for our teams github repo for this site and the clients name - but facing a "Site creation failed" error. (See attached screenshot)Another error comes up when I try to do Step 4 which is "Add domain". I fill out the domain name the client owns, and which will be our EDS's final site destination push, but I receive the error "Domain Creation Failed". (See attached screenshot)Looking for assistance to overcome these errors, as its majorly blocking the pipeline setup. Thanks.

Issue & Background:We manage a DAM system with over 3 million assets, where every uploaded asset goes through the DAM Update Workflow. This workflow includes several steps, such as generating a 4K JPEG rendition and a few OOB thumbnail renditions.A new requirement emerged where assets within a specific folder—/product-assets (containing over 1 million assets)—now need an additional 4K PNG rendition along with the existing 4K JPEG rendition.To prevent adding extra load on the DAM Update Workflow, we created a separate Rendition Maker Workflow specifically for this 4K PNG rendition and applied it only to the /product-assets folder via a launcher.As a result, assets in this folder now go through two workflows:DAM Update Workflow (standard process)Rendition Maker Workflow (4K PNG rendition generation)However, we have observed an issue (based on assumption) that running two workflows simultaneously on assets is leading to:Some renditions getting corrupted or not being generated properly

Greetings community,I have a problem with my RTE. I have the misc tool source edit plugin set up. But lists are not rendered correctly in the Rich text edit mode.see the two enclosed pictures:  Here on this last picture, I can't see the bullet points of my list. Hello, Is there any way to create custom action type in AEM form container. Currently it has the following options but I wanted to add one extra field like payload using API call. Also Is there any document, to refer how to create custom action type and how to make API call with the form data. I want to do this with form component not with Adaptive form.  

Is there a way to change the Translation Status of objects in AEM Guides?If we send something out for translation, and the quote is rejected, how can we change the Translation Status of all assets back to either "out of sync" or "missing copy"?I canceled the Translation Project, but that hasn't changed the status of the objects. Do I just need to wait longer/overnight? Hi,  Is it possible to filter ingestion based on mobile app build version? The older app version is sending an undesired value of "not logged in" for the Id field whenever an user opens the app. To rectify this a new app build was released, however app devs cannot force users to update the app. Hence there is a requirement to filter ingestion from Mobile SDK. Hi good afternoon, i trying to modify the PageRedirectServlet to do a custom redirection in AEM. I have tried to put a selector in proxy.jsp file that points to the selector of my custom servlet but it has not worked. I have also tried the service.ranking property but it hasn't worked for me either.Can someone help me with this and tell me how I should do it?The version I use of AEM is the SDK version (2024.4.15977.20240418T174835Z)Thank you

In January, our website had 173,690 page views and 67,037 clicks (from Google Search Console SEO report), with a bounce rate of 29.35%. In February, page views dropped to 128,667 (a 25% decrease), but clicks increased to 69,357, and the bounce rate rose to 33.9%. What could be the possible reasons for this trend—higher clicks but lower page views and an increased bounce rate?

Hi,I have some questions about primary identities, when using identityMap. When I enable my schema for profile, I get a "Missing primary identity" popup. It has a checkbox for use alternate primary identity" which states "Data for this schema will contain a primary identity in the identityMap field."  If I select this option, shouldn't I see identities show a 1 in the Schemas Browse window for this schema or is that only going to show a number when not using the identityMap and specifying an identity explicitly on another field?Thanks!

Hello! I created a new custom form for when our people need to make a request to a specific team, but for some reason I can't get it to show up in the dropdown when trying to submit the request. Hello to amazing community, I and my team are working on shifting our marketing emails from other vendors to AJO and to begin with we have to start IP warming plans.Here is step by step process that we followed over the period of time and now stuck right at the start phase, duh! I would like to ask community experts for help or advice for what could be we doing wrong here.- Since we had subscribers list from other vendors, I downloaded those into CSV and created an Audience by uploading it. I see the audience that was created shows profile count after successful ingestion.- I created multiple campaigns for IP warm up plans and uploaded IP warming plans for phases. Used the Audience that I created in step 1 for campaigns- After that created multiple phases in IP warm up plans. I am trying to now activate phase 1 of the plan but encountering an issue while activating it, the error code is not giving enough information on why its failing. Adding screenshots for clarity.  No

I have built a task report that is pulling in tasks that have a specific custom form field on them. The tasks with the custom form field are parent tasks with the name of the deliverable, so there are lots of subtasks. I would like to add a column that lists the next subtask that is ready. I want to be able to see which subtask is next. Hello Workfront friends! I could use a little assistance on trying to run a report. In our instance, we have what I'll call a "parent" project in each Program. This project has a custom form tied to it where we collect certain metadata for reporting. There are "child projects" in each program related to that parent project - however the metadata is all really collected in that parent project. I'd like to run a report, and filter based on one of the fields in the "parent project" custom form, to pull into the report only certain parent projects. However, I'd also like the report to pull in all of the "child projects" that are in the same program as the filtered parent projects. Any suggestions on how to go about this? Many thanks in advance!
