Hello,  One of our marketing channel (channel A) has become the second order contributor from a Last touch channel standpoint over the past year and I would like to understand how this channel impacts the other marketing channels. I would like to build a have a view of the various paths where "Channel A" is one of the touch points : "Channel A" only = 75% of the orders"Channel A" then "Channel B" = 10% of the orders"Channel C" then "Channel A" then "Channel B" = 5% of the orders......Do you think that this kind of thing would be doable with the Attribution IQ feature ? Thank you for your thoughts and your help.

Hi All,  We have just now upgraded our project to AEM 6.5. While we were on AEM 6.2 we use to make deployment using below HTTP maven command : <execution> <id>install</id> <goals> <goal>http</goal> </goals> <phase>${maven.phase}</phase> <configuration> <username>${target.username}</username> <password>${target.password}</password> <uri>http://${target.host}/crx/packmgr/service.jsp?cmd=inst&name=${artifact.name}</uri> </configuration></execution> But it seems AEM 6.5 does not support this commands now. Any quick alternative we can use to fix this?

Hi There! I would like to ask for some help regarding a script we are currently working on. This script works however there are some cases in which the order date is the same with other product category which result to error. The error occur for this example, I have data with Stickers and Postcards order at the same time but I just need to show the data for postcards which is in second list.   Sample data: Itemlist 1 - Stickers - Order date: Oct 9, 2020 Itemlist 2 - Postcards - Order date: Oct 9, 2020 Itemlist 3 - Postcards - Order date: Sept 4, 2020   My question would be, how can I retrieve a data in Itemlist 2 using the lastindex value since I need to still get the recent purchase for a specific product. #set($product = "Postcards") #set($size = $jobItemList.size()) #set($lastIndex = $jobItemList.size() - 1) #set($joID = ${jobItemList.get($lastIndex).jobOrderId}) #foreach( $item in $jobItemList ) #if ($item.productCategory == $product &&amp

I have an event transactional message running and currently every month it creates a new delivery. Is it possible to change the aggregation period like in a recurring delivery?

Does the Traffic Estimator Tool for automated personalization activities in Target exist anywhere outside of the tool? I ask because, currently, it seems like you have to manually create additional offers to just calculate how many offers a page (or group of pages) can reasonably support. As an analyst that doesn't have Editor privileges in Target, this is problematic because I can't add in additional offers just to get the calculation for planning purposes.Is there any additional documentation with the statistics involved or a spreadsheet that can generate the same time estimates as the tool? Any information would be appreciated.Thanks

Hi Team,I am trying to pull DaySinceLastVisit(DSLV) for a userID. As per the DSLV, a userID must have a day/days since last visit, only one row of data may be 0day or 1 day or 2 days. But I am seeing in the report, same userID have 0day,1day, 2day,... My question is how come a UserID have multiple DSLV values? Please help me. Thanks,Dinesh

Hi Team, I would like to know how exactly we need to capture data from internal audience i.e., from our own employees. Yes, we have excluded the traffic from internal audience. We have separate report suite excluding internal audience and also we have another report suite for both internal and external audience. Here we want to capture only internal audience now. I can see dimension called "IP Address" but that functionality is not working under the segments.  How we can implement this change to enable this segment? Any suggestion on this?  Thanks in advance.

I've added the event Core - Data Element Change and in custom code consoling it out. The data element name is 'form Abandonment' and js object is digitalData.form.formAbandonmentif(digitalData.form.formAbandonment != ""){console.log("Refresh case:"+_satellite.getVar("form Abandonment"));return true;} else {console.log("Not updated");return false;}I tried consoling out the same value in datalayer and I'm getting the right values for both js and satellite object. The formAbandonment is set on unload event.$(window).on( "unload", function() {formArray['formAbandonment'] = fieldName;});)};

Hello,Here the thing, when I created my Freeform Table in the workspace I selected my segments, then a metric & a dimension.The table shows me the sum of the volume of my metric (on the first line of my dimension). Then there is all the rows just under. When I extracted the table in CSV and in Excel, I do myself the sum, it appears that there is a huge gap of volume, with much more volume in my Excel...I tried to understand, but it appears that the more specific is my metrics (Day -> hour -> minute) the more raws I have & the bigger is the difference.You will the see concretely in the screens associated, that I have 25972 "visits" on the 15 of June and when I did my Excel extract I finally get 107 824 "visits" !Does someone had the same issue or is it specific to my data ?

Is it possible for Adobe to count download link clicks as Exits, especially the file opens in a new window.  i realize that Adobe should first and foremost count the download link because its linktype = d, but i don't understand why i see exits measured against download urls.  i'm trying to understand the scenario of why.

Dear community, Could you help me to answer this question:Consider a Visitor is arriving on the website 4 times per month and the scenario stands below: Visit 1 : A >> B >> D >> EVisit 2 : A >> C >> D >> EVisit 3 : B >> C >> D >> EVisit 4 : C >> A >> D >> E So what is Entry page for Unique Visitor?First Page in the First visit = AorFirst page in the Last Visit = C Thanks!

Hi, We have adobe analytics linked to our email channel. We are seeing 50% of our revenue be associated with 'unspecified' campaign instead of real campaigns. Has anyone faced this?

Hi all Anyone can tell me the definition of Users (Mobile) and App User how are they counted?I see the number, at least in our case, of Unique Visitors is the same than Users (Mobile) and App User, so I checked the definition of Unique Visitors: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/components/metrics/unique-visitors.html?lang=en#unique-visitorsBut, it is not clear how these metrics are counted. I'm especially curios to know how these metrics are counted if the app is the background.I appreciate if anyone can give a definition and criteria of these metrics. Cheers, Gus

Hi, We are able to see different version of URLs. In workspace, Example: www.example.com/home.html > proper one we also able to see www.example.com//home.html (with double slash because of Typed/Bookmarked dimension majorly. Some traffic from referring domains too. It not only displaying for home page. It is coming for category and sub category pages too.  NOTE: Adobe image request/call is happening even with double, triple, infinity slash for all the page in the website. So that we able to receive data to ADOBE workspace with different version of URLs for same page. I hope, this can be avoided by configuring under DOMAIN level going forward. Example kind of 301 permanent redirection or any other URL structure setup. Please let us know whether I'm on the same page or is there anything can be done under tool end too. I hope CMS- domain level change is pretty straight forward to avoid this type of issue even with other tools. Thanks! @

In a landing page with Marketo Form, below JS is redirecting to else condition only. The given JS is helping to print the rich html content based on Marketo Form value selected from fieldID and rich html text id is myselect.  Can anyone refer the exact if condition rule in Marketo function form in the given JS?   <p id="mySelect"> {{lead.First Name}}, dummy text</p>       <script> MktoForms2.whenReady(function (form) { // Put your code that uses the form object here var x = document.getElementById("fieldID").value; if (x == "TRUE") { document.getElementById("mySelect").innerHTML = "this is test case-1"; } else { document.getElementById("mySelect").innerHTML = "this is test case-2 "; } }); </script>

Hi Community,For one of our client email address is not receiving scheduled or adhoc deliveries, they just get the api triggered messages. I checked the sending logs it showed unreachable, inbound email bouce rule.The email was seen in the Quarantine list, so I changed its status to valid but still it's not receiving deliveries. Hi, I have setup ClickSend as an external account using their guide:https://help.clicksend.com/article/l6hbrh9y82-send-sms-with-adobe-campaign I've sent them our IP addresses provided by Adobe Support to have them whitelisted.  However, when I try to send an SMS, nothing appears to happen. I've enabled verbose logging, however, when I look at a delivery log, I don't see anything in the log.  Are those logs stored somewhere else?  Any tips on what I should be looking at to debug this further? Thanks,Chris

Question: We have various Adobe Analytics Users with the AA Product Profile of: 1) Super Admin.We are considering removing this access from select users whom we do not intend to have Adobe Analytics Admin access, however we are not sure if doing this will carry over implications to other Adobe Platforms. Can you please advise, if we remove the Super Admin access in AA from select users, could their access to other Adobe Products such as: Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe APIs/AWS, etc., become impacted or deprecated? Also, are there any other impacts which might be experienced which we haven’t considered?

Has anybody tried implementing Google analytics on authoring environment itself. Yes, sounds crazy. However as aem OOTB doesn't provide any information related to concurrent users and active logged in users, pages authored most etc.., thought why not implement GA on authoring environment.  Any thoughts on how to implement.
