 Previously, when using a Typehead field we were able to reference a child field of the Typehead within a calculated field.An example would be the Typehead field referencing a particular project, and then a calculated field being able to pull through the ID of that project using the notation: {DE:typeheadproject:ID}. This doesn’t seem to work for internal lookup fields which we have now been directed to use? Can you please let me know what the new notation is to reference these child fields from an internal lookup field?

I have implemented scroll depth bucketing in Adobe Analytics using the following bucket structure: {"0%": 0,"1–25%": 1,"26–50%": 2,"51–75%": 3,"76–100%": 4} The bucketing logic is working correctly, and I can see data populating in the expected buckets. The bucket values are being populated correctly, and when I use Page Scroll Depth Bucket Instances as the metric, all traffic is categorized into the defined buckets and no Unspecified values appear.However, when I use Visits as the metric with the same dimension, I see a significant number of Unspecified values.To reduce Unspecified values, I have also:Added a 0% bucket for no-scroll scenarios. Configured the scroll depth bucket to be passed into an eVar. Added a fallback value so visits without scroll activity are categorized into the 0% bucket.However, I am still seeing a percentage of traffic reported as Unspecified.Could anyone help clarify the possible scenarios where Unspecified may still occur even when all bucket ranges are con

Hello,I'm testing the Adobe Analytics Activity Map browser extension and I've noticed that some links/buttons are not showing any clicks in the overlay.For example, one standard Add to cart button appears in Activity Map, while another button (Add 2 items to cart) is displayed in the overlay (“Links On Page” Table from the extension) but always shows 0 clicks, despite being clicked during testing.I've already verified that:Both interactions send an Adobe Web SDK (/ee/v1/interact) request. Both send a commerce.productListAdds event. Neither request appears to contain webInteraction or Activity Map-specific data. The issue I'm referring to is only with the Activity Map browser extension, not the Activity Map dimensions in Analysis Workspace.Is there any known limitation or configuration required for Activity Map to recognize certain buttons (for example, JavaScript buttons versus standard form buttons)? Are there any specific Web SDK or Adobe Tags settings that should be enabled?I know

Adobe will stop supporting Batch Audiences in the Audience qualification start to a journey, and wants either streaming audiences (so 24 hour period max) or use of the read audience start. That means a read audience can’t determine which are new profiles in the audience and just sends to everyone in the audience, which just doesn’t work, or we need to define the audience in batch with very defined limits and have exclusions of people who have been messaged, which is not practical. Campaigns have an iterative type of read to process only new profiles entering the audience, journeys  dont. And campaigns arent an option for Whatsapp or logic around comms segmentation Are there any work arounds that anyone has put in place to negate the potential issues here? I really feel this is a very ill advised change to something that was working very well.

Hello!I’m fairly new to the Adobe Analytics and because of it, I’m still discovering some of its functionalities.Recently, I spotted MANY views coming from a specific country (Singapore) compared to other Asian (and even non-asian) countries.Is there a way to know if most of it is due to bot traffic?I have the Enable IAB Bot Filtering Rules checked. I already filtered that traffic by some dimensions, like average time per visits (which is extremely short) , Operating system (which barely include any traffic from systems like Linux, most of it comes from Apple Macintosh); but filtering by dimension values, I don’t feel confident enough to conclude if it’s bot traffic or not.How are the usual way you use to check out bot traffic?Thank you in advance

Has anyone figured out a way to remove or hide the Frescopa Sample Workspaces from all users in Planning? Support is saying there is no way to delete and to submit it as an idea but I wanted to see if anyone had any workarounds. I can see it causing major confusion to our new users as we role this out when they try to add a new connected column and are overloaded with Frescopa Marketing fields.  

Hello,how come in a segment comparison when I add a new dimension item or a new calculated metric, the difference score is not calculated. It shows n/a. Is there something I need to do to have it calculate? Thank you

Hi all,During Adobe Summit I saw a demo of the Journey Canvas in Adobe Analytics, and I noticed in the release notes that general availability was announced on June 5. However, I still don’t see the Journey Canvas available in my Adobe Analytics environment, even after checking regularly. Is anyone else having issues with how comments/updates are loading in Workfront? We’ve been working with support since yesterday on comment/update display issues. At first comments weren’t loading, then we noticed some comments were missing from projects, but appearing on people’s profile pages.Support initially thought they had fixed it yesterday, but today we noticed that many older comments (1 year+ old) were not displaying in some cases.It seems this all might be related to this Q3 2026 update, Optimization of Comment Archiving’:  https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/product-announcements/product-releases/release-26-q3/26-q3-other#optimization-of-comment-archiving Support are aware and working on fixing the issue, but I wanted to see if any other Workfront customers were running into the same issue. We have a project within WorkFront where all the subtasks under one of our task buckets are complete but the main task is stuck at 90% - which means we cannot “complete” the project.  See attached image. Anyone know why this would occur or what the fix would be?  

Testing transition to Adobe Cloud storage via a Kickstart which is how we load our planned work.We converted our sandbox to Cloud so a small group of sys admin can test. I created a cloud portfolio and cloud campaigns and cloud templates.  First tried loading campaigns and projects with the existing legacy portfolios, campaigns and templates and all went well.Using the same formatting, I created kickstarts with the cloud portfolio, campaigns and templates and I get the error that “Your file is correct, but nothing was imported”.Any ideas what the issue is since the error is very vague?  We are having all sorts of other issues with legacy and cloud not playing well together or with Fusion for that matter so there is something going on. 

Hi, Trying to setup a Journey for a time sensitive cart abandonment scenario. Created a Streaming based Audience with the following definition, "Include audience who have at least 1 Product List Adds event then after 15 minutes do not have any Purchases event and occurs in last 1 hour(s)" But found that the profile will be qualified with this Audience right after a product is added to the cart without waiting for 15mins. Any advice please? Thanks,John

Previously, in typeahead fields you were able to type in the object reference number, but it looks like this is not a functionality of the internal lookup field? Does anyone know if this is a future-state functionality? Example: Reference # 172401 pulled up the project named “25-26 Training Task Queue” for the Project typeahead. When I type that same number into the internal lookup field it returns “No results”.

There appears to be a short window during system startup where the OSGi Management Console (/system/console) can be accessed using default or static credentials (e.g., admin:admin).This window can allow unauthorized users with network access to gain admin rights if they know or guess the password, before the usual authentication/authorization mechanisms and custom user configs are fully in place.What are best practices to completely prevent unauthorized access to /system/console during (and after) startup?

Hello Target Users,I have a scenario where i have to show different experiences for mobile and non-mobile users within the same activity. So i am using multiple audience in configure option to solve that (screenshot attached).But this seems to working only for non-mobile users, mobile users also seeing the same experience as non-mobile users. Am I missing something? or is there any other way to create activity for this scenario?Thanks in advance!

I have created a Fusion scenario that removes deactivated users from their Home Team. The issue is that they still have Other Teams. I tried everything I could think of and kept getting errors to set their other teams to null. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this?Maybe I need to come at this from the Team side and remove any inactive users versus using the user update scenario to do it. It’s just that I have the user one accomplishing other actions so I was hoping to get the user profile corrected using the same scenario.

Hello the amazing Adobe Community, I am looking to understand a metrics.We have form conversion set as Segmented “Visit Container” with event## to fire when user submit a form Then create a calculate metrics using that Visit Container Segment + the (Visit) metric is our Form Conversion We want to understand why when we have last touch channel broken down and when we sum the form conversion for each of the channel it doesn’t add up to the “Deduplicate total within the workspace” example using dummy numbers. Can someone explain what is causing this? We understand that visits and sum should have slight difference of approx. 5% but for our form conversion calculated metrics its >15% difference between workspace number and total number. Explain in technical term is also welcome. We have a Project report and have been asked to add a column that pulls in the next task that is due. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?  The closest I have been able to get is for it to pull in all incomplete tasks, but they come in all out of order. Even though the documentation says it defaults to the order of the tasks in the timeline. I’m looking to utilize the Resource Planner Share Link to build a dashboard for Sr. Leadership to view resouces allocations across a Portfolio, broken out by sub groups with the Portfolio.  For this view, I’d like to utilize the Custom column formatting and only show Available/Planned/% of Hours. Everything looks great in the Resource Management area, but when I add the Share URL to a dashboard the data doesn’t show for the custom view. Is this a known issue? We're running into a reporting challenge in Workfront and I'm curious how others are handling it.Currently, many of our reports are project/campaign-based and rely on the campaign (project) reaching a Closed/Complete status. The issue is that most of the work is actually completed in the month prior, but the reporting doesn't reflect it until the campaign is closed.For example, a campaign may have the majority of its tasks completed in June, but if the project isn't closed until July, all of the reporting appears in July. This creates a lag and doesn't accurately represent the team's monthly output.How are others addressing this?Are you reporting on completed tasks rather than project completion? Do you use hour reports or task reports for monthly operational reporting? Do you report on open/in-progress campaigns to capture work activity before project closure? Have you implemented any custom fields or reporting strategies to better align work completed with the appropriate reporting p
