We are migrating our AEM environment from AMS to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). In our current production environment (AMS), we have 1 Author instance and 4 Publisher instances. One of the custom feature: Whenever a Topic is published (replicated), we need to send Topic content to an external application (from publisher only).Currently, we compare configured sling id with 4 publisher’s sling ID and ensuring sending the content from 1 publisher only. After AEMaaCS migration, how we can achieve the same functionality (identify 1 pod publisher out of multi pod publishers) and then send the published content to external app from 1 pod publisher only.

As javax.servlet dependency has been deprecated we are getting tidelift suggestions to upgrade to jakarta.servlet. However, when we update to that we are getting below error -Error: /apps/runner/_work/jabcd/japp-name/core/pom.xml [0:0]: Class org.ab.web.appname.core.servlet.FetchPDF is not assignable to specified service jakarta.servlet.Servlet Suggestions on this error asking again to revert back to javax.servlet. Just checking has anyone encountered this issue before? I have created this Inbound webhook for SMS https://platform-va7.adobe.io/journey/webhooks/ingest/277029ed-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx What should I do next? I'd like to have the opt out data (tracked with that webhook) in an AEP dataset... What steps should I follow once I have the webhook URL? Thanks.

If this is not supported (neither via UI nor API), what is the recommended modeling approach in AEP to represent these relationships? Denormalization into the primary schema? Use of lookup datasets? Use of ExperienceEvent schemas with references? Are there any limitations or implications for Real-Time Customer Profile or segmentation when modeling these types of relationships? Will the current workflow of proofs (making mark-ups, sending for approvals, etc.) be discontinued and the new workflow of the document approvals be the new process soon? We really use proof approvals because it's the best process for us instead of one-off approvals. Thanks so much!

Hi Community, We are currently using com.day.cq.wcm.msm.impl.actions.ContentUpdateActionFactory.cfg.jsonto exclude certain properties from being updated during the rollout process.This configuration is working as expected.However, while this exclusion behavior is acceptable for content pages, authors do not want the same behavior to apply to Experience Fragments. We had a query from one of our AEM authors to see if the list component could search and display Tagged pages in multiple folders/paths. Scenario:All our news pages follow the same structure /news/year e.g:/news/2026/news/2025/news/2024etcEach containing 200+ pages in each year folder and tagged accordingly. The University library in this instance, want to show all items tagged with “library” in folders 2026/2025/2024 and possibly more.If they use the List component (using Tags) it doesnt allow the option to search in the child pages. If they use Child option, it allows you to chose a single parent and # of child pages but doesn’t allow you to filter by tag. So, question:Can this component be modified or has someone used this in a way where a AEM Author/Editor can add multiple paths AND search by tag.

Does anyone have any experience using the Dry Run mode in AJO with either events as a condition within a journey or as an entry point?  I’ve been using it recently and whilst it works fine for batch qualified audiences, I’ve not seen any results when using events?Thanks,Paul

I’m trying to permanently Stop a journey that is currently in a Paused state, as we have no intention of resuming it. However, the 'Stop' button is disabled/greyed out in the UI.Is this a permissions issue (e.g., lacking some permission as I have publishing rights), or does the system require a journey to be Live before it can be stopped? Additionally, is it possible to force a termination via the AJO API?

we have requirement to design website header.requirements dynamic tabs/menu (header).when we over on any tab/menu it should display sub header/ sub menu and this submenu items are dynamic.when we over on subheader/sub menu it should show its nested menu (nested menu is also dynamic).i dont want to use multifield design for nested menu’s.is there any ways we can design this configuration in dialog?

Hi,I have created a calculated column in an Adobe Workfront report using text mode, and the column displays correct numeric values (0/1) in the report grid. However, this column does not appear in the “Values” dropdown when configuring a chart for the same report.What I have done Report Type: Project / Task Report Created a calculated column using text mode: The column correctly shows: 1 for on-time 0 for late Attempted to use this column in: Pie / Column / Gauge charts Different “Summarized by” options (Average, Sum, Count) Issue The calculated column does not appear in the Chart → Values dropdown. Native numeric fields and custom number fields do appear correctly. Questions Are calculated columns (text-mode columns) supported as chart values in Workfront? Is there a known limitation that prevents calculated columns from being used in charts? Is creating a custom calculated field on the object the only supported way to chart this data?

Hi All, I am trying to connect my AEM Sites cloud instance to my AEM Assets cloud instance using the documentation at Integrate remote AEM Assets with AEM SitesAs per the per-requisites I have done the below - Set environment variables for ASSET_DELIVERY_REPOSITORY_ID,  ASSET_DELIVERY_IMS_CLIENT I have also configured .cfg.json for NextGenDynamicMediaConfigImpl and deployed it to my DEV Sites instance.    Configure the Image v3 component in the AEM Sites instance. There is also an additional point stating -  IMS access to sign into remote DAM AEM as a Cloud Service instance. It refers to the Sites author that has IMS access to the remote DAM environment. How do we do that? I couldn’t find the documentation notes on the above point. If I simply do #1 and #2 steps, I see the usual v3 Image Component - However, as per the documentation I should see the option of Pick drop-down with options Local and Remote.How can I configure the sites cloud instance to pick assets from assets cloud inst

I’ve added a custom expression to projects that calculates the fiscal quarter and year in which the project was created. I’d like to use this for past AND future reporting. Currently, all projects display “N/A” so I’ll need to recalculate the expressions of at least the past year’s worth of projects. I tried to use the bulk edit method described in the documentation here, but the UI is different from the screenshots, and I don’t see the “recalculate expressions” checkbox. Does anyone know of another way to do this, or if I’m performing the steps incorrectly? I don’t have access to Fusion, so I can only do this within Workfront itself. Thank you for your help!
