Description -The fallout visualization is super to understand user interaction by touchpoints and drop-outs.Yet sometimes I wished it would be able to visualize the data in a Flow diagram fashion / horizontal layout.Ideally, this could also contain information about the Visitor's next page / where they navigated to when they dropped out of the funnel. Why is this feature important to you - Flexibility of visualization and better understanding of user flow. How would you like the feature to work - Instead of the vertical funnel, visualize the data in a horizontal layout. Current Behaviour - vertical representation only
Description -In PoofHQ there is a blue dot within the text to signify an unread comment. it will gradually fade and then by the looks of it removed from the DOM. As the dot in located within the paragraph of the comment text, the text will move along to fill the space it used to take up. As the majority of edits I make to a working document are copied and pasted from ProofHQ comments, it can be tedious highlighting text only for it to move from under my mouse just as I am about to let go of the button, meaning I have to highlight it all again to copy fully - or having to wait until the dot removes itself before highlighting any text. Why is this feature important to you -It's an annoying thing to do, and with a large number of comments/markups to change per day it all adds up. How would you like the feature to work -The dot should either be relocated outside of the text area of a comment (preferred option), or fade but not be removed and still take up the same width as a
Description -Why is this feature important to you - Customer has multiple version proofs, and they need "all version", "all pages" option for their audit purpose. How would you like the feature to work - All pages option should be available with All versions in proof print summaryCurrent Behavior - User can not choose the proofing print summary option for "all version " and "all Pages" option as he options to have "all pages " grayed out.
Description - Workfront should perform calculations based on "Currency" field for an issue. For instance, if the "Currency" field is populated with GBP, the system should treat it as GBP and reflect currency values accordingly, instead of relying on the project's default currency. Currently, if a project’s default currency is set to Euros due to the first issue added with lets say Euros currency, any subsequent issues, even if in a different currency like GBP, will still reflect in Euros. This leads to incorrect currency symbols and values being displayed. Why is this feature important to you - This feature is critical because it ensures the accuracy of financial data in Workfront. Incorrect currency representation can lead to misinterpretation of financials, impacting decision-making and reporting. Having the ability to reflect the actual currency based on the specific "Currency" field is essential for accurate project tracking and financial integrity. How would yo
Description - add a field type to custom forms that get related object data. It gets related through the Typeahead field. Possibly also from the External Lookup fieldWhy is this feature important to you - I often want to display data that is on another object. I just need to link to it through a typeahead or lookup type of field, but then show say 5 pieces of data from that selected recordHow would you like the feature to work - Add a new "related field" field type...that references the object selected in a typeaheadCurrent Behaviour -Can only see the Typeahead Name
Description - If the request form was able to know that it was under a particular project when it is created, then you should be able to have calculated values that already see the Project/Program/Portfolio valuesWhy is this feature important to you - This would allow display of data that is relevant at the time of input rather than needing to Save and then come back into the same object. This would allow Fusion to work better on the "New" records and also allow negate the need to use Approval routines to step into the process so that automated actions only happen when Approved. The requestor often being the approver, after they have gotten data from the Project levelHow would you like the feature to work - Connect the dots, either to the request queue/project the request or issue initiated on or to a selected object through Typeahead fieldsCurrent Behaviour - Request/Issue is disconnected when started. It does not know its relationship to the object from which it was initiated.
Description - Allow a calculation to determine the display or not of a fieldWhy is this feature important to you - rather than adding lots of rules, it could be built easier in a formulaHow would you like the feature to work - Use the calculation engine as an optionCurrent Behaviour - just fields above on the form
Description - provide for formatting of the calculated field, not just into text, number, currency but also in BOLD or colorsWhy is this feature important to you - Sometimes you want to warn people that what they are entering is incorrect or does not match some other need. But the text just comes in in the same old Grey that other fields have. It would be much more obvious if you could change the formattingHow would you like the feature to work - Allow either the whole of the text to be formatted or conditionally formatted.Current Behaviour - Just plain grey
Description -Why is this feature important to you - Many times due to the bug in the code, APP can send erroneous hits to Adobe Analytics resulting in increase in server calls. As far as Native Mobile Apps are concerned, there are so many services they utilize in background and foreground. Some time due to coding issues, there may be erroneous hits to Adobe Analytics. It requires new release to fix the issue. But if Adobe Launch provides ability to block these server calls, it would be so helpful. I am currently facing issue where APP is sending background track action calls erroneously resulting in 30 Million hits a month. How would you like the feature to work - Please find the attached image. How about adding new event type suppress/disable data along with modify and attach data.Current Behavior - It does not provide this feature.
PLEASE UPVOTE THIS IF YOU NEED IT.A few months ago, Adobe added a new feature to Analysis Workspace that exposed a data dictionary.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/analyze/analysis-workspace/components/data-dictionary/data-dictionary-overview.html?lang=en We use the Analytics API often and would like to have the Data Dictionary data exposed in the Analytics API. Currently, the data in the data dictionary is unavailable to the API. Extracting this data would be valuable for documentation and internal reporting. By exposing the Data Dictionary data in the AA API, we can streamline the governance of our data collection components and report on relationships between components. (components typically used with selected components) We will also be able to perform the following programmatically:Identify duplicate components that need to be consolidated.Identify components that aren’t collecting any data so they can be either updated or deleted.Identify co
Currently, with documents, if you want to edit custom fields on documents, you have to go 1-by-1 and add the custom form, then fill out the custom field data. It would be so much better if you could in-line edit the custom fields just like you can do in a task list or project list. With the process being so time-consuming and easy for users to overlook, we have great trouble getting custom data entered consistently.
This post has been closed as a duplicate. All votes have been moved to the original: PARENT/CHILD PROJECTS Several workfront users have asked about linking projects in Workfront. For example, one project would be developing the theme for a series of other projects, and each of those other projects would be linked to the master project.
Description - I as a user may not be part of other teams but, still be able to tag them. Why is this feature important to you - User with reviewer license is in the tool to be able to review and collaborate with other users and so, it would be helpful if they can also be able to tag teams they are not part of as well. How would you like the feature to work - even though I am a reviewer, display the teams available in the tool, so that we can tag and comment in the updates section of various different objects.Current Behaviour - Only teams I am part of get displayed
Currently only images use a certain editor that allows images to be "tracked" so you know where they have been used (email, landing page). PDFs do not use the same editor, so they cannot be tracked. If you try looking up under "Used by" tab where your PDFs are used, you get ‘No data yet’ message. As a result, you are unable to track where they are used. With increase of accessibility campaigns by organizations, this would be a helpful tool to use to find where PDFs are used and where they may need to be replaced.
Description - Users have requested to have the option to create / insert a sub-task added to the list of available options in the three dot menu of a task. An option would streamline those times when users need to create a sub-task.Why is this feature important to you - Users have asked why this isn't an option from within the three dot menu on a task already. This could help save time when it comes to inserting a sub-task on a project. How would you like the feature to work - Add the selection for users to select to create / insert a sub-task to the options within the three dot menu on a task.Current Behaviour - There is no option to create / insert a sub-task from the three dot menu.
Our team works very collaboratively especially when filling our project briefs where information is needed form various marketing channels. Currently, there is no way to see if someone is actively updating a field which causes some work to be over written. Would be create to enable a feature that could help solve this.
We would like to have ability to display workload for the larger timeframe.Currently, Workload Balancer displays workload in 1 - 6 weeks or 3 months increments. We would want an option to display workload for 12 months.
Description/Current Behaviour - When you have online marketing assets for example for Social Media posts you not always have one file for the post. In most cases the Text and the picture(s) are separated files because you need to upload it separately from each other. It would be helpfull for this cases when you could create a single proof over two or more files. Why is this feature important to you - That would increase the efficiency of creating such adds and we would also increase the transparency, because now you really need to see wich picture is for which text and the other was round. How would you like the feature to work - That it is possible to create a proof over more then one file. Either to enter the file in the Proof creation or that when some files are selected that you are able to create one Proof for all selected documents in the project/task.
I've run into a lot of scenarios where we could use a 'demo room' where we can show presenters how to use the Adobe Connect software for Interactive Webinars without wanting to waste up a precious Interactive Webinar event in our contract.
We're using A/B testing to try out a new email design and prove that it's the better option. To do this, we're sending to 100% of the audience, but 50% receives the old version, 50% receives the new. We'd love to be able to see how version A performed across multiple email sends versus version B. It doesn't look like Marketo lets you combine these test results into one view, so we're pulling the data from each dashboard and organizing it ourselves. I know it's not the standard use of the A/B testing feature, but it would great if reporting were more robust!
Make it possible to sort data in tables by multiple columns (similar to MS Excel). There may be too many rows in the table that have the same value in a column, and then the analysts need to sort the table by the secondary metrics. For example, let's consider a table sorted by Page Views per Visit. The top rows will return 1. Now we want to look at those items that had the highest traffic volume, so we should be able to apply a secondary sorting by Page Views. Obviously, it's possible to use weighted metrics, but:1) they may not be available because of the AA SKU (license)2) they require some time and knowledge not every user has
The Workfront Teams current feature - on the ‘Teams Settings’ > in the ‘Team Members’ list is unable to identify which Team Members are inactive/deactivated.The Search/Typeahead engine will only performing the below functions.1. Add new members into the Team Member List – Search/Typeahead will display active user and indicate with black font Job Role. Click the name and add into the team member list.2. Existing members in the Team Member List – Search/Typeahead will display active user and indicate with blue font Job Role. Click the name will remove user from the team member list.3. Inactive user in the Team Member List – Search/Typeahead will not display the user.4. Users not available in the Workfront platform – Search/Typeahead will not display the user. How would you like the feature to work.It is much beneficial if the typeahead engine made available to search for inactive (deactivated) users in ‘Teams Settings – Team Members’ field especially for a Team which
Description - Allow for reporting on specific stage deadlines from the proof workflow for a user to help them understand when THEIR comments/approval is needed by. Right now it seems like you can only report on the "proof deadline" which is the latest due date set on one of the stages in the proof. Users can't see their specific stage deadline unless they go to the document details page and then review the proofing workflow. There's no reporting that seems to show these stage deadlines and that seems like a huge gap that should get fixed so users can see when their part of the work needs to be done by. This should be accessible in reporting in general (Proof Approvals/Document Versions) as well as on the Homepage for users. Why is this feature important to you - This gives more actionable reporting to users who need it and avoids confusion that happens right now when they can only see the final proof deadline instead of the dealine of their stage. How
Add a function to the Design Studio for uploading assets that captures alt text, descriptions, and any other ADA tags necessary for accessibility compliance. This way, you only need to input default information once, with the option to edit it if needed. The images and other assets will retain this information, so you won’t have to re-enter it each time you send an email or create a landing page.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: We would like to have an option to create a new asset shell on the fly as a placeholder. Use-case: Experience Manager is integrated into our workflow. The double asset creation (in Photoshop and in Experience Manager) plus the additional temporary local saving interrupts the workflow and leads to irritation, filled up local drive with temp files and hinders acceptance of usage. Current/Experienced Behavior: User has to create a new asset first in the relevant software. Save the asset to a local hard drive Create and upload the asset to Experience Manager Improved/Expected Behavior: In the asset screen, the user can click "Create". A new screen shows up where the user enters size, file format, predefined meta data (creator, project name, other properties) A new asset placeholder is created from the specifications and a link provided User can now open the placeholder and edit it in programs like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrato
