Does anyone have a checklist of the things we need to address before an Admin is deactivated to prevent any disruption? I know calendars will go away with their owners, an reports that run as the user, but is there anything else I may be forgetting. Also, will it effect Fusion scenarios in any way?

I signed up for the free trial and canceled the recurring charge, and yet two months later I was charged for the annual subscription. How do I get a refund since they are charging me an upfront fee after I cancelled? I can't get in touch with support.

Hiya,I currently created a VRS based on a parent RS. Other VRS can be selected in Data warehouse and the RS is also enabled Data warehouse but when I selected the one that I created, the error as below will be pop up. What else setup do i miss?FYI：Error:The virtual report suite you selected is not compatible with Data Warehouse. Choose a different report suite before continuing.  

Hi Team,In AJO, I have created an API-triggered campaign for OTP delivery, which is used for application login. While setting up the campaign, I enabled the webhook option to capture the customer status.I have a couple of questions: Where is the feedback data stored in AJO? Specifically, which dataset contains the email/SMS tracking or feedback events? I have configured the feedback webhook as well. For this, do we need to create and host the webhook URL externally, or is there a way to generate it within Adobe? Could you please help clarify these points?Regards,Nikhil

I am in the process of migrating a transactional campaign from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) as an API-triggered transactional campaign.In SFMC, I can easily access all the JSON files used to trigger emails to customers via data extensions. These JSON files allow me to verify which customer received specific communications and cross-check the data in case of discrepancies. Additionally, I can conveniently filter profiles or emails based on order numbers to locate the corresponding JSON file used to trigger the email.However, in AJO, the data received via an API for a transactional campaign is not stored. How can I verify and identify which customer received specific information in this scenario?

Hi, We currently have problem to install large package through SOAP call which contains our custom schema definitions - currently XML package definition is a little bit bigger than 1.2 MB. In logs we can find messages likeSRV-810019 The server process 'web@default' (pid=xxxxx) has unexpectedly crashed. It will be restarted. (iRc=-53) when package was a little bit larger than 1MB then we had no such problems  Any advice ? Thanks in advance 

Hi Everyone,Currently, we can only add conditional content (Dynamic Content) at the email level for fragments. Is there a possibility of implementing this functionality at the fragment level?I am encountering an issue because I need to add variants at the email level, but I would prefer to use them at the fragment level.This would allow me to utilize the fragments as Snippets in the old legacy editor, where segments are easily used at the snippet level.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

Hi everyone,I’m working with AEM Cloud Manager log APIs and wanted to check if anyone has found a way to fetch logs incrementally (delta) instead of downloading logs based on a fixed number of days.Currently, the API supports downloading logs using a days parameter, but this results in retrieving the full log data each time. I’m looking for a more efficient approach where we can pull only the new log entries since the last request.Has anyone implemented a workaround for this or is there any supported way to achieve delta-based log retrieval?Appreciate any insights or suggestions.Thanks!

Hi All,We have migrated from a 3rd party DAM provider to AEM AssetsWe are now replacing the 3rd party dependency and package by changing the sling:resourceType FROM custom path "/apps/3rdparty-connector/core/ui/components/content/custom-pathfield" TO sling:resourceType="cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog/fileupload".Our Sites Program and Assets Program are different and hence need to be connected via Remote DAM Asset Selector. To do so, we have added the configuration "com.adobe.cq.ui.wcm.commons.internal.services.NextGenDynamicMediaConfigImpl.cfg.json" to connect to remote DAM Instance.We are able to connect to DAM Instance and using remote option for image selection able to select the image and display it in our pages. Web Team’s ViewI have created a Processed Web Request report and am hitting a roadblock when sharing with two members of the Web Team. Their report is blank, they can see the Title of the Report Name, that is all.I have checked their access to reports and they are both set to Edit. Hi everyone,How are you handling interactive proofing for Adobe Experience Manager Sites pages?I’m working on a use case where the client wants to use interactive proofs in Workfront Proof to review and approve pages that are still in preview. The challenge is that the preview environment is behind authentication, and interactive proofing doesn’t support authenticated access.Have you found any viable workarounds or alternative approaches in this scenario?I’m aware of fallback options like manually capturing screenshots or screen recordings, but ideally we’d like to retain the benefits of interactive proofing.Also curious if tools like Frame.io offer a better solution for this kind of workflow, or if there are other patterns you’d recommend. Thanks!
