When a card is minimized I cannot tell if the card is in a blocked state. So when we are doing standups we cannot see that this card is in trouble. The card has to be expanded to see it. When you have many cards on the board you need to keep them minimized. Can the Blocked status be displayed when the card is collapsed?
Workfront Proof / Security Considerations Our company works with high profile entertainment and consumer goods clients and we have strict security contracts in place regarding how we manage and distribute content. We would like to start using Workfront Proof with clients but are running into security conflicts. Has Workfront and Workfront Proof considered any of the below options for improved security and auditing? An unpaid external license that allows us to password protect a proof link. Currently, it is our understanding that this can only be done with a paid work license.Flexibility around mandatory log-ins at the client level (instead of system wide)? It would be great if we could make proof access log-ins mandatory for only specific clients. Based on our current WF instance I can only see how to make log-in mandatory system-wide. Are there any workarounds?Ability to remove the thumbnail image from showing on the proof email link. Access to "download" audit logs to show
In this reference link: https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Automatic+Trigger+Campaign+Cleanup, I have seen the sentence “These idle trigger Campaigns will be deactivated on dd-mm-yyyy DateTime” with reasons… so as per my understanding there is a log maintaining in Marketo for identify the campaign deactivated timestamp. so why can't we use in Marketo visual page? I think this will be useful right?
Sometimes in projects a task is no longer needed. However, you do need to complete those tasks in order for the project to automatically close. It would be nice if we did not have to complete them in order to close / complete a project. As this misrepresents a true depiction of what actually occurred with the project. Perhaps a recommendation could be a task status (no longer needed) or (decommissioned). The project should accurately depict whether or not a task has been completed, after a project has been closed. You should not have to complete them in order to close out a project
Our Project Management practice refers to Change, Issues, Decisions, Accomplishments and Risk as CIDAR. We have custom forms associated with the Workfront Issue Tab. We know we can change the name of the tab, however, Workfront controls the capitalization, only allowing the first letter to be capitalized, Cidar. Since we are using CIDAR as an acronym, it would be nice it all the letters could be capitalized.related Case Number 00207948
On our login screen, we've handcrafted a "For Workfront Support, contact..." with our sysadmin names & emails. It's part of our branding background image. It would be great if that was officially part of the login screen and could be edited from Setup.
In the setup area, there should be a way to opt out of "ads" that may pop up after login, or show up on the login screen.
Creating an overview page with more useful information such as:Change History (most recent Data Elements / Rules updated)Most recent Publish History (and by who)It would be much better than the youtube link.
I'd like to recommend that the page showing the list of rules page is vastly improved. The main problems to be addressed are:- Currently limited to show only 10 rules at a time- No ability to filter by rule attributes such as event type (with priority) & extension type & conditions- No ability to sort by any of the key attributes of a rule such as event type (with priority), extension type & conditionsTo summarise, the ability to sort, filter and even just visually see the rules in place for a property is mostly limited to using the names of the rules. This means we have to try and enforce consistent rule naming conventions in order to meet these needs - which can be difficult to achieve when multiple staff are using the tool.
Currently Workfront Analytics only has one filter available. It would be great to have two or multiple filters available to be able to make comparisons. Such as: Actual Go Live verses Actual Project Completion or Planned Go Live verses Planned Project Completion
Marketo can report a high number of soft bounces in Smart Lists that go onto Open/Click emails and don't show in the Email Performance Report. The majority of these are returned with the reason '550 [internal] [oob] The message is an auto-reply/vacation mail.'Marketo currently interprets this return code as a soft bounce action and I would like to see this reclassified to not be marked as such.
We've recently moved over to using Adobe Launch which was on the whole a very positive experience. However, there is always room for improvement and I've kept a list of all the little niggles that we came across in the first month which I've provided (in no particular order) here below... Adobe Analytics Set Variable action - Add conditionality to individual variablesThis form/interface seems a little clunky and unsophisticated. I'm guessing this is because it was done this way for DTM backwards compatibility? It would be good if this was re-thought. In particular, I'd like the ability to add conditionality to the setting of individual variables to stop us having to fall back to custom code. Add ability to enable/disable actions within a ruleIt would be useful for trouble shooting to be able to quickly knock out actions to see what affect it has. Also in the same way as disabling rules, it would be good to be able to remove something from the curr
There’s been a long-standing issue with the way Marketo sees CRM users (in both MS Dynamics and SFDC) in that it will display all users – active, inactive, deleted – as available users to sync leads to from within Marketo. Many companies like us never delete user records - instead, we deactivate them in CRM. For example, a contractor who transitions to an FTE which requires a new/different enterprise ID (and CRM user record). For example, Arun has two records in CRM (one active, one deactivated). Yet when we attempt to sync a lead to him, we see this:Since Marketo only shows first/last, there’s no way for us to identify the active record. To make matters worse, just this week a new issue has surfaced where Marketo is throwing an error flag when trying to sync since it’s now using just the user's name as the unique identifier (even if we select the active record) - why Marketo doesn't use the user GUID makes no sense to me:One workaround would be to modify
I would like to request the ability to assign an assignee(s) while creating a new story. By default, it should assign the story to the person creating the story. The reason why this is important is because currently, a new story is not assigned to anyone after creation. This "loses" the story in the list of stories. By requiring an assignee to the story, even defaulting to the creator, it'll help avoid the situation of a new story getting buried in a large set of stories.
It is presently recommended to only use a 100% browser zoom setting due to possible inconsistent results. This idea is to allow other browser zoom settings to help those that may be disabled or have vision issues. Enhancing the zoom settings will also benefit those while traveling that have less screen area available for viewing. I
the Data Insertion API allows for passing IP Address. This allows for companies to develop middlelayer services to communicate between client and Adobe. The Media Collection API does not allow for passing IP address as a payload value. This causes [Regions, Cities, Countries] dimensions to contain the location of the middlelayer (since the IP address of the middlelayer is used for geo location). It would be great if this inconsistency between the Media Collection API and the Data Insertion API was remedied
Many of my users would like to be able to have Decisions and Replies to my Comments as their default email alerts in a proof but they are forced to choose one or the other. We choose Decisions and then all comments have to be @ tagged again and again and people invariably forget to @ update someone, causing confusion.
Create template for Analysis work space for test results for A4T. It should be able to calculate confidence across multiple metrics and can be easily duplicated to apply various segments. Bring back the confidence intervals that were there in older versions of Target. Pulling results for A4T tests in Target can be time consuming if you are looking at multiple metrics across multiple segments. In the advanced functions for Analysis works space - it seems that it should be possible with T Scores and Z Scores already in the functions. Since we sometimes use classifications in conjunction with metrics - not everything can be pulled in Target making additional work to input numbers in another worksheet to calculate confidence.
Current alert e-mail template does not contain any option to Analyze the alert in user specific project. The button link "Analyze Further" leads to a prefabricated project. Another option how to achieve this, could be to put a custom link to Alert notes. If the notes would be a part of template it could fit too.Or prepare the specific element in the e-mail template leading to the specific project in Workspace and assigned by URL at Alert definition page.
Use Case: Would like to be able to create segment in Adobe that shows the top 20% of users based on revenue. This "top spenders" segment could then be used in various reports to understand behavior such as what games they are purchasing on the digital stores, what content they are consuming, and what Marketing Channels were successful at bring them to the site. Feature Request:Have the ability to create a segment to pull back a percentage of a dimension based on user-defined values or a range of user defined values. These segments could then be leveraged on any reports within Workspace to easily gain learnings based on the Top X% or the Bottom X% of any dimension for any reporting period. An idea would be to have functionality similar to Intelligent Alerts where you can define whether the metric(s) is "above or equals/below or equals" a user-defined percentage, along with the capability to drag and drop a dimension.
Hi, We have a fairly large instance and it'd be great to be able to receive automated reports on some items we find in admin. An example: I'd like to get a report of users who have not logged in for the last year. Another example: how many API requests have we had in the past 7 days? Ideally, we'd be able to subscribe to receive this report regularly via email. Adam
Hello, It would be great to be able to see any and every comment/update made from Task level and up when you go in under the Portfolio and updates, regardless of where you made the comment/update. Thank you!
Currently you are only able to send WF reports (from the WF interface) from the designated administrative email (In my company's case, it's a generic "Workfront Support" alias). I think team members would be more likely to look at these reports if they came directly from the user who scheduled the repeating delivery or sent the report (similar to a comment notification)
Idea: My proposed idea is to implement a global setting in the Salesforce section within Admin that allows you to delay the sync of campaign member for a designated number of minutes. Why: I've often found myself at odds with the practicality of leaving on the Salesforce Campaign Sync feature in Marketo. It's super helpful in that it ensure proper alignment between our Marketo Programs & Salesforce Campaign. We can also easily sync period costs to total cost, saving time, effort, and improving data accuracy across systems. My main issue with leaving the program sync on, is that the sync operates too quickly and sends leads to Salesforce before they're considered "ready" from the operations perspective. I'm sure every business has their own standard of "ready" but in our case, we stamp the Lead Source, populate Lifecycle Stage, fill in some datastamp, and run some data append processes via webhook in market. Ideally we want all of these values populated bef
Currently, Adobe Launch allows 3 kinds of hosts: Akamai, managed by Adobe, and SFTP.For a CDN host, only Akamai and SFTP are viable options. (For SFTP, this assumes that the CDN replicates the scripts found in your SFTP destination.) So the only external CDN is really Akamai.Depending on one external CDN as a host is dangerous. If something happens at Akamai, it disables all Launch scripts hosted there. Also, clients may not necessarily want to use Akamai for whatever reasons.Idea: partner with other CDNs to allow hosting from them, e.g. Cloudflare.
